I bought several cars from this dealership and everything seemed fine. The current car I own was bought from Mike Miller and I haven't been able to open the hatchback. I go out there and Brian JARVIS was an ass. Popped it open with no problem and stood there laughing at me. I had also identified that I did not receive an owners manual at the time of purchase! When I went to speak to the salesman, Mike Miller's brother, I saw Brian Jarvis had walked over to the sales building to talk to Mike's brother who was a complete jackass when he came to talk to me. I have been a loyal customer to Mike Miller Kia for the past 11 years. My family has spent at least $90,000 there, and have influenced many other friends to purchase vehicles from them. We would have bought a 3rd vehicle there if it weren't for the service department and poor customer service. The positives: I love my car, despite all the issues. Brian in the service department has always been GREAT to work with and I wish he would have been the one helping me during my recent visit. The negatives: There have been a lot of recalls and repairs. The service department is always at least a month out for scheduling ANYTHING. They are short staffed, but it makes me wonder why they can't keep employees? My most recent experience was waiting a month for an appointment to diagnose why my window was stuck rolled down, which seemed pretty obvious to me but I paid the $150 diagnostic fee for them to tell me it's broken They had to order a part which came within a couple days, and now I am put back into the scheduling queue and have to wait another month for it to actually be fixed. This is after they told me they had the part on hand and could fix it at the original appointment. This is also after I was specifically told by Devon that I wouldn't be put back into the queue and that they would get it fixed within a day or two of receiving the part. The office manager, Marcus, isn't much help at resolving issues. He informed me that my broken window simply isn't a priority, despite the fact that I am a paying customer and they already took my money for a problem they haven't fixed. Interestingly, when I mentioned leaving an honest review online, Marcus offered to pay a technician cash after hours to fix my window, which is a testament to his questionable integrity. Bottom line, I would recommend going somewhere else for service, or you will be waiting a month or two for your repairs. It can also be difficult to find another automotive shop that will work on Kias, so maybe consider another type of car if you can't make frequent trips to the dealership. read more

Had an overall great experience here. Just bought a new 2021 Kia Seltos and worked with a few staff here. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was no B.S. - they were straight to the point. The reason I have rated 5 stars instead of 4, is because the owner himself made it a point to make face and sit down and have a conversation with me. Mike is a really genuine guy! I am very pleased with the customer service that I received at Mike Miller Auto Park! I bought a used 2017 KIA Forte the middle of March/2022. Within the first two weeks the car started stalling at nearly every intersection. I took it in for service more than once to resolve the problem. The technician, Dave, listened to me, understood the issue, and did his best to fix it. Unsuccessfully. At each service call I was given a loaner free of charge. Both the salesman, Ted, and the General Manager, Devon Anderson (who gave me his personal cell number), made contact with me and assured me the problem would be fixed or they would get me into another vehicle. I now own a pretty 2021, Hyundai Kona. I am a full time delivery driver and was more than anxious at not having a reliable car. Things happen and bad cars slip through the cracks. I am truly thankful that when this happened to me that Devon, Ted, and Dave were there to assist. Once again, I can not be happier and relieved with the customer service I have received at Mike Miller. Thank you! read more

Honesty and integrity is what I expect from all businesses. However, the salesperson and sales manager both lied to us. They claimed there wasn't a plug in hybrid Kia Niro avaialble within 750 miles of Peoria, and that they couldn't even order one if I wanted them to. Did a web search and found 35 within 125 miles, including 4 in Bloomington, about 30 miles away. Salesman just kept trying to push a Mitsubishi hybrid on me that they had sitting in the showroom, even after we flat out said we had no interest in a Mitsubishi. They lost a $30,000 sale as we won't return. read more

I will start with the bad first. I knew going in my credit score was not the best so my interest would be high. I was quoted an interest rate of 21%, I told the finance person that I would like to try my personal bank and the dealership stated my personal bank would not approve and did not even send a credit application to them. I did buy the car, two months later refinanced the car with my personal bank for 8%. That is how I found out the dealership never sent the credit application to my personal bank because my personal bank asked why I did not come to them since they are the bank I use. Does the dealership have contracts with these finance companies and do they allow kick backs to the dealership for taking advantage of a consumer with high interest rates? Seems a bit fishy. The sales representative was wonderful, and help in getting me in something I liked and could afford. The service staff is wonderful and provide fast friendly service. I have no complaints other than the finance department. read more

After now purchasing our second vehicle at this dealership I am much more impressed. As far as trade in offers LOW. But it was an easy process. I suggest getting your own financing (they get high rates). We love our new 2014 Sorento! Our past 3 services have went smooth other than they have no seating. My girlfriend and I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership between the two of us. My current vehicle is a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I purchased this vehicle from the owner's brother, who made it a long, drawn out fight. Last year I had a baffle plate failure. The service manager tried to blow me off by telling me it was merely the sound that anti-lock brakes make. It took many visits to finally get this problem fixed. I have had too many recalls to even recount. I will absolutely never buy another vehicle from this dealership. read more

I expect to see rave reviews about how well they can sell a new car. Any dealership can sell a new car, that's easy. Its how a dealership sells used cars and their future customer service that shows their true colors. I purchased a used vehicle from Mike Miller about 10 months ago. They were extremely helpful and patient as it was my first purchase...told me I was getting a deal, about $10,000. I knowingly bought the vehicle for more than what it was worth because they gave me a print out of all the repairs and maintenance they had done and assured me it would be easy sailing for a while. I left the dealership feeling really good. Within 3 days of owning the car, it broke down in the middle of the desert in Utah. Repairs cost $1,400. After a guilt trip, they agreed to only pay part of it. I sucked it up and went on with the trip. Within a month, my car was burglarized which resulted in a loss of about $200. Reason? Although the report listed the faulty lock fixed at the dealership, it was not. Again sucked it up and didn't even contact them about this. Within a few months I was back at the mechanic for new brakes, something else that was also listed on their report. Another $400. The next week, the car wouldn't start and had to be towed. Had to replace the alternator and battery, $800. Now this is laughable, I picked the car up and was told that my shocks were also blown out. Replacement $250. Just when I thought I was finished they decide a fuel injection flush was desperately needed. That sort of thing should be done every 40,000 miles, it had never been done. Something the dealership should have done only 10 months ago for the car to run properly. Cherry on top, $150. Grand total of of about $3,400 in repairs for a car I have owned for 10 months. For the past few weeks I have tried to stay in contact with the dealership because I at the least I expect a reimbursement for the brakes. Twice now they have "forgotten" to return calls. Although highly apologetic on the phone, they do not seem to be up for helping me. Their are the epitome of a shady dealership. Thanks to Mike Miller I have been in danger twice, sunk into debt with repairs, been lied to and forgotten, but have learned a lesson in purchasing a car. I will know better next time. DO NOT trust this dealership, even if you have things in writing. read more

Would not come here, management lies to you about everything from A to Z. I paid for a tire rotation, I can guarantee they forgot because I had tagged my own tires. I purchased an oil change they provided the lowest quantity amount and expect me to come back within 2 months for another 50$ oil change? Don't think so these people are crooks. read more
