Service was quoted at a few days and they had it fixed the same day and I was able to come back and get the car the next day. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend Autohaus of Peoria and if you've got an Audi make sure you ask for Nikovan, he will take care of you.

The salesman Michael…read moreCarnegie did an excellent job of showing us the vehicle, explaining the features, and answering questions. The entire process took three hours which was longer than expected, but Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. When we came back to take delivery of the vehicle, things took a turn. The finance manager Jackson asked me if I was interested in purchasing the extended warranty and I had done my research and decided to decline. Once I declined, his whole demeanor went from not very friendly to begin with to rude and condescending. He all but guaranteed that the water pump would go out and it was a high dollar item and that it would cost more later and basically that the car was going to fail early and prematurely. He was visually pissed off and refused to look at me. My wife looked over to me and acknowledged this change in demeanor. Things went down hill from there and I was ready to leave and I said hopefully Michael has a screwdriver to put the license plates on and he curtly said something along the lines of "I certainly hope so" with a "I don't give a shit about you" vibe. It wasn't my imagination as my wife had noticed his attitude earlier. That was the straw that broke the camels back and I called him out on his unprofessional attitude and told him I didn't appreciate being treated like that and stated that he didn't have to act like so unprofessionally and rudely. This wasn't my first poor experience with this dealership but I thought I could give them another try. My mistake. Tip of the Day: If you want to sell an extended warranty maybe try and explain the benefits and don't act like a rude condescending unprofessional ____ to the customer. Lucas Dam - Maybe as the manager you can work on training your staff on how to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. This type of behavior should never occur and there are plenty of other car dealerships to patronize. I have never experienced treatment like this before and no one should have to but I wanted to share my experience.

When I'm in person, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But, if I don't go in to the dealership - nothing gets taken care of, or even addressed. On SEVEN separate occasions my phone call was not returned when being told "we'll get right back to you" I sent an email detailing my experiences, which was not returned.. but when I went in to the dealership "we got your email" oh ok it just wasn't important enough to acknowledge or reply until I randomly walk in? I was denied a loaner vehicle for 60 days ("none available") but I was told 3 separate times that "one is being returned this week and we will get it to you" Nothing happened until I walked into the dealership and made a big deal about it. And guess what...? Drove away with a loaner that day. I was offered an apology from the service manager when I picked up the loaner, but that's it. 3 weeks later my car is done. They forgot to program the proxy key to my driver's door but I don't even want to take it back until I can be without it for 2 weeks because that's probably how long I'll be without it.. Hopefully it's just a case of poor organization and prioritizing - which can be fixed
