Great salon! Hannah Moon has been coloring and styling my hair, as well as my young adult twin daughters for at least 6 years now. As one who never really knows exactly what they want, I have always trusted Hannah with the specific shade/tone for the current season and it turns out beautiful every time! She has also guided my daughters through their teenage years and educated them about the damaging effects of over-coloring. Gave me the exact haircut I wanted yesterday! Totally recommend them, service was great and the employees were nice.

Booked an appt online. Website did state that appt was pending acceptance by stylist. There was not an option to enter personal info, though my email address was used for login so I assumed that would be used for contact. After no communication, I called the salon, spoke to the stylist, who told me that she had a conflict at the time I had selected, she did not offer other nearby dates or times to try to make something work. Just simply said sorry, conflict. Said she couldn't call me or email me because there wasn't info on the booking (their issue, not mine). I rechecked website, it did not ask me to create a profile or add additional info to schedule an appt. I went to reschedule and the availability for the same stylist was still open for the same time and date that I wanted. Ridiculous. It's 2021 and not difficult to sync a personal calendar with an online scheduling system. Good stylists are available everywhere. We are a family of five with three females. Terrible experience as a platinum blonde in EVERY way. I have been solid bleach/toning my long hair for many years. I'm well versed in the methods, products, prices etc. I contacted the salon via Facebook messenger around the time of the pandemic opening as my stylist (that I adore of three years) did not come back. Jennifer is the owner of Stilo and quoted me a price and said she would fit me in the second week of their being open. I gratefully accepted, sent all the exact directions, products, and notes from my stylist. SHOULD BE pretty fool proof for someone with 20 years of experience when even the exact tonor colors are provided. She mixes chair side (a huge plus), so I also saw each thing being used and mixed was indeed correct. She employs an assistant who did 90% of the work on my hair-not great when paying top dollar for the area... It looked ok upon completion, but not bright white platinum as I had clearly shown in photos of my hair both prior to and during the appointment. As the hours progressed my hair turned ashy/nude as shown. Totally wrong. I contacted her, she offered to fix it one week later with a shampoo cap. Then the assistant's mother tested positive for covid-19, so we had to move it to about 10 days post service. She didn't do a shampoo cap, but instead used a clear Kevin Murphy toner which basically stripped all toner out and while it looked good that day left me back to a golden blonde-not bright, white, platinum. Now for the cost. I was asked to pay a deposit via PP for holding my appointment. Upon checkout, supposedly with the deposit subtracted, it was literally a c-note (not sure if I wrote that out if the review would be pulled) more than the quote. All we had added was Olaplex and she added some additional foils which she did NOT indicate would cost more. I let it go, scheduled my next appointment. My next appointment has now rolled around next week, and I contacted her to ask about my last receipt since my deposit was NOT removed. I was letting a SIGNIFICANT amount go for last time, but wanted to make sure we stuck with the quote this time. After a total of three explanation texts from her that were clearly shady and dishonest, she canceled my appointment. Thankfully, I had a backup scheduled. I have also had breakage that I have NEVER had in three years of using Kevin Murphy bleach on my hair. It was an awful experience in every way. If this is the owner with 20 years of experience...I would be super wary of anyone else at this salon. I would recommend using one of other many Kevin Murphy salons in Little Rock! read more

Hannah is amazing!!! I came in with super long hair down to my waist and I asked her for a long bob and I am so happy with my hair. It looks cute both straight and wavy. So happy I found her! We are fairly new to the area so finding the right salon was hard but after I saw pictures of the cuts she's done I felt confident. Also, I'm Asian and have thick hair so sometimes I find it hard to find someone who can cut my hair well but the cut I got from Hannah was perfect. read more

Stilo is great! I like the vibe - it's both laid back and fun. I have only been to Kara here, but the stylists I interacted with here have been really personable. Another major perk is that the shampoos are done in a separate room with dimmed lighting and relaxing music for a spa experience. The chairs are fully reclined and the shampoo includes a head massage. Kara is wonderful - she was attentive and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted (without me knowing what I wanted!). She took her time and was meticulous about the details. I was her last client of the day and she spent an hour and a half on me but the time flew by because she was so engaging and lovely to chat with. Do NOT go here if you are blonde. I've had the most traumatic 24 hours because of the experience I had here yesterday. I saw Hannah Bell for a root touch up and wanted to take a bit of the ash out of my hair and be more warm blonde. I knew something was wrong when she started and said "I guess I should have asked you before I started.." you never want to hear that from your stylist. I never told her I didn't want to be anything but blonde, just take the ash out. She basically just dyed my hair brown. I have not had anything but blonde hair for the last ten years. The fact that I had to pay over $200 for my hair to be BROWN when all I came in was for a root touch up is insane to me. I will never go back to this salon, and quite frankly should have asked for a refund. I am currently at a much better salon, with someone that listens to what I asked for, and is helping me get back blonde. Haircut by Hannah! Today was my first appointment at this salon, and my experience was great. I have very thick that was a total mess going in. The shampoo and head massage was the best I've ever received, which is not an exaggeration. The staff I interacted with were all super sweet. Hannah was great, very friendly and did an amazing job. I recently discovered this salon because I saw photos from one of their stylists, Madi Mason! I had no hope for my eyebrows; they were tiny, chopped up, and misshapen. I went to see Madi and, after spending a few weeks of her working on them, my brows rock!! I have more confidence and finally have the brows I have always wanted!
