Mostly small dings or dents on furniture that we don't mind replacing. However, we did purchase full value replacement insurance. In an effort to not cause a huge issue, we only contacted them about two items, our 65" Samsung living room TV, and our $1,627 entertainment center. Our TV is dented at the top and effects the top half of the screen, and our entertainment has large shards of wood missing. We just received a letter stating, that due to depreciation, they own us $0. We are responsible for replacing our TV, entertainment center, along without dining room furniture and everything else they ruined. This company has been nothing short of a nightmare. However, I was asked what I was upset about specifically. My entire life was in that unit as I have been in and out of the hospital for the last two years Cancer (which they were fully aware of). I told him that All I care about is the safe. He then asks what was in the safe. I told him there were important docs and birth certs in it.I immediately was taken aback by this unusual question especially since he had just informed me, very rudely, that my unit was sold two weeks prior and that it was my own fault because I was no where to be found. We won't get into that because as I said before, I accepted that. He tells me that he will call the person who purchased the unit to "see" if he still had it. By some miracle he still had it, after two damn weeks and he would get back to me when the guy was able to drop it off. But I had to pay $100 cash to get it back. This sounds so shady...and really made me wonder if he really sold it. Or if he just kept it, couldnt open the safe (btw it was unlocked but the handle broke some time ago so it's difficult to open) and expected some expensive items to be in there since my unit was filled with many expensive items. Needless to say, once he heard it was measley little documents then all of a sudden the safe is immediately available for $100. THESE PPL WILL GET KARMA BACK TENFOLD. Material things don't make me. But karma is tit for tat. And will make these ppl think before taking advantage of someone else's misfortune. Careful karma comes after your grandkids too! Just wait for it. Let's hope one of those beautiful grandkids you have pictures of doesn't get cancer and someone doesn't take advantage of their misfortune. I stand firm. You WILL get this back.

We were in a weird situation where we had to be out of our old house a week before we could move…read moreinto the new one. Stephen was excellent and responsive in helping me figure out what would work best for us. He was honest and up front and I at no point felt like he was trying to push me or sell me more than I needed. The day of our move out the driver Michael called and said he would be a little early. He showed up and immediately started helping my husband carry everything. His knowledge of how to pack the truck was extremely helpful. He was so good at it we ended up only needed one truck instead of two! This saved me a nice chunk of change! ZippyShell then took our stuff to storage for a week in their facility. The day of our move in, the driver was once again early and so pleasant. All of our stuff arrived in perfect condition. No mold. No smell. No critters. He helped us unload. He was friendly and careful not to hit any walls or drop anything. I would highly recommend using them.

BE AWARE!!! Upon reading the other reviews it's obvious that this company runs a scam. After my…read moremove I received a random charge of $200 on my credit card. When I called to ask about this they told me there was a problem with their system and refunded me. This to me sounds like fraud especially since another reviewer claimed the same thing happened to them. My move was disastrous. One mover was smoking weed, not packing furniture right, leaving pieces left and right. The movers lost all the hardware for my bed frame and I was left with a pile of useless junk. They dented the walls, ceilings, scratched the hardwood floors, and ruined everything single piece of furniture. They also sat around for an extra 2.5 hours after the move was over so that they could charge for overtime. The movers told me that I could just file a claim for the damages and I would get reimbursed. After their 90 day wait period for claims turn around, I was denied of everything. Their quote is also a complete lie. There were multiple fees that were left out of the initial quote, making their final charge 3x more than what I was quoted. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Edit: The company owner's pitiful response to this post is their way of pretending they care about customer service. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made since with no response from this company. They DO NOT care about their customers experience, only want your money. STAY AWAY. It has been 5 months since my move and issues still never resolved, they've disappeared and ignored me since getting their money.
