The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

The staff was welcoming, straightforward, and more than fair with their buying and selling process. No pressure, no games -- just solid business. When I arrived, MJ was at the front of the store warmly welcoming customers. Within moments, she was on her headset requesting my item, verified my original purchase, and completed my exchange quickly and seamlessly. The entire process was effortless. Before I left, her staff took a few minutes to tell us about an upcoming event and even introduced us to a lotion they recommended. I'm glad they did--it worked great with my skin! I just want to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at your Brea Mall location. I placed an order during your Aloversary event and was not aware there was a limited pickup window. I work graveyard shifts five days a week at a hospital, so I do not always have the time to constantly check my emails. What upset me most was the way your staff at the Brea Mall location approached me about the situation. I felt the interaction was rude, discriminatory, and lacking compassion. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience I've had at this location. I hope your staff can be trained to approach customers with more kindness, professionalism, and understanding. The only frustration was that many items in the XS section were mixed with M, L, and other sizes, making it a little harder to shop efficiently. The associates at the register were friendly and professional, and they listened when I shared feedback about the loud music in the fitting rooms. Overall, I'm glad I finally found a shopping method that works for me. What used to feel intimidating now feels manageable, and I left with some wonderful pieces for my summer wardrobe.

I was looking more for shoes at my recent visit, but didn't find a very good variety of suitable work shoes. For some reason, this shop has a lot of athletic shoes...like almost two aisles of them. So, at least I know where to come to for sneakers. Maybe it's just the season right now, but they didn't seem to have the full variety stock of things. Wasn't too impressed this time around, maybe I'll have to come back sometime to see what's new. Hopefully there's more things to find here. Parking was easy, lots of parking up front.
