I was there once recently for a company function. Odd choice, I know. Strange place. Ok if you want to play pool, but that's it. Sound system is lousy so ambiance is poor. Ordered a Bombay and tonic and got a great pour, but couldn't taste the Bombay. Had a second also with a great pour, and still couldn't taste it nor feel it, so I believe they water down their booze. Serious claim if true, and I don't know if it's true, but I've had many Bombay and tonics in my 50+ years. Food is all fried for the most part, so beware of that. Again, if you're just in it for the pool, it's a good place for just that IMO. read more

We went in around 1230 and played pool till 145. Packed everything up and went to the bar to give the balls back and finish our drinks. 10 minutes to closing the security guard asks us if we closed out and we had done so already but we were finishing our drinks. He says they're closing and I said yea I know that's why we closed out and gave the balls back. There were 15 other people in there still drinking and he has the nerve to push us out like that and not say anything to anyone else. Very rude and bizarre considering there were plenty of other people still drinking but he felt the need to kick us out quickly. I still don't understand it but I'll never be in again to find out. Would give zero stars if I could, felt like we were a nuisance and an inconvenience to them. read more

New and renovated place that opened recently in sleepy Stuart. Located in the same plaza as Tapa's. A lot of constructions. Follow the signs. No coat check but I.D.s are a definite. Amazingly friendly staff. I think they should definitely make an expansion, have an outdoor seating, and place more pool tables than just 8. Also, live music band would be fabulous! The only really dislike I have are the prices, a little awkward but they are doing pretty well starting out in town and I think their business and traffic would increase if they added the above listed. Overall, this place is a new favorite of mine. read more

A fun place to go with friends if you don't mind some of the crazy people who hang out here. I had a Jenga block tower purposefully knocked over on top of me by a drunk guy that I didn't even know. Wow, this place was bizarre. Bartenders drinking behind the bar (one of the bartenders said it was his birthday), this is a huge no-no here in PA. I guess maybe different laws in FL? No security staff, very little carding occurring (and even then it wouldnt matter anyway, because the place was so crowded and there was so little staff, it would have been EXTREMELY easy to pass drinks to minors). There was a group of young looking kids drinking liquor out of a brown bag out in the parking lot, the few members of staff who were working didnt seem to mind. Most of the bartenders working seemed more interested in looking cool than serving drinks. Place was good for people watching if you're adventurous, and you kind of need to be brave as with no security staff (on a friday night mind you), it seems as if problems could occur at any moment. The saving grace here was the older bartender, maybe early 50s, had a great personality, and seemed to be the only bartender interested in making drinks. Also, he is the only one I saw check an ID. I have been here several times, I think as long as you don't go late it's a decent place, but I have heard the stories about rowdy 20-something Staff is OK, kind of obsequious but attentive. $10 an hour is a bit pricey for a table, but "happy hour pricing" is $5 an hour, and they bill by the minute, not by the hour, so that's pretty cool. read more

I wish I could put less than one star. I came here with my family to play pool after coming here many times in the past. We were enjoying a night out without any disruption, and we each individually began to realize that the bartender (who's name is Nelson) was being incredibly rude to us. For a solid 20 minutes he was not at the bar and left me waiting to order a drink with no one else working. It came to about 1:30 in the morning right about when they were going to close and all of a sudden Nelson tries to kick me and my family out of the bar with threats of calling the cops. He calls the cops simply in his words, because we tried to order a beverage after last call and then tries to kick us out. The police show up as we are paying our bill and leaving. I have never had such a terrible experience at a bar with such a terribly rude bartender. I have come here many times before with my friends and family, but I will never come here again! read more

Alright place but the bartender had the worst attitude and looked miserable. White girl kinda short not tall. Just trying to have a good time playing hacky sack and I had no form of ID present and she kept harassing me for it. Wasn't drinking. I understand it's a "club" but it's literally just games i don't know why they make it 21 plus. I've been there before no problem, with people under 21(20 year olds) and they weren't annoying about ID's. Have more things to worry about like people doing coke in your bathrooms. I've been to other pool places that aren't even 21+ anyone is free to enter. I left my ID in the car and parked all the way in the back wasn't planning on bringing it because i wasn't planning on drinking. She made my group of 5 feel uncomfortable and ruined the atmosphere and we all left. Me and my sister have been there before with a tall bartender and i was planning on drinking so I brought my ID but even when i had it she never asked for it. read more

This place is not a nice place to go have a drink and play some pool. There is a fight there almost every night. My friends son was jumped in the parking lot and several other people have been attacked there as well. Not a safe place to go. I have heard very bad things about this place. read more

Looks like the reboot was successful ... as our group has been back twice, and seen great improvements. The hooligan factor is gone ( yeah ), and now folks can get back to enjoying the great drinks, and playing some pool! read more

I could hardly breathe in that place due to all the smoke. I couldn't believe that they allow smoking in there along with food. The remodel was nice, but they need to find bartenders that are not complete jerks and limit smoking to the nice patio that I would have presumed was for that reason. I don't know exactly what the laws are smoking inside businesses, but I wouldn't think you would be able to smoke inside the pool hall, when you can't inside the attached bowling alley. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

Stix is a great concept! They have a full liquor bar, 8 pool tables stage for bands and a soon to be opened patio. Stuart needs a place with fun adult activities and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are terrific and very accomodating. It's not your typical dark, smokey pool hall. It's very upscale and inviting. read more

This place is pretty cool! I look forward to the bands they have on the weekends. I wish they could/would utilize the outdoor area more...it is mostly where everyone goes to smoke. They should put more bands outside to liven the center up!! The bartenders and wait staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks. You should check it out!! read more
