Came here for a business lunch. Fried chicken sandwich was disgusting and could not eat it. Ordered veggies instead of fries, but received fries. Server never came back to check on our party and did not even question why I didn't touch the food. As I was with business acquaintances I did not want to cause any unpleasantness, but again, the waiter was nowhere to be found even if I had wanted something else. Food, gross. Service, lacking. My girlfriends planned a birthday brunch for me yesterday at STK, and it was a horrible experience. Our reservation was for 12 noon and we arrived on time. Once seated, drinks were ordered. However, our table did not receive the drinks until 1:15pm. We complained to our server, and she simply stated that the restaurant was short staffed. This was absolutely unacceptable considering it is inauguration weekend, which also speaks to the very poor planning by management. After we sat for another 30 minutes one of my girlfriends went and spoke to the manager who said that he would come over and speak with us. Well he never did. It is now 1:50 pm and part of our food comes to the table. The food was not hot and the french toast was dry. This food had obviously been sitting. My girlfriend got up once again and explained to the manager what happened, and informed him that we were leaving, AND WE DID!! I am not sure why this restaurant receives the rave reviews, but I do not recommend this restaurant at all! read more

Save your money! This is not a steakhouse. It's a joke. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a restaurant. I never leave reviews, but this was insane! The tomahawk was over cooked and LOW grade. The Lobster Mac was watery. The creamed spinach was terrible. The Lil Brgs were dry. Even the Shirley temple was bad, all grenadine. Didn't finish the food, got it packed up and gave it to a man sleeping in the park. At least it didn't go to waste. The only thing I enjoyed here was the conversation with my friend. I don't even know where to begin. It was absolutely the most horrible experience I've had at a supposed steakhouse. First, my husband and I went there for brunch. There were only a few tables being occupied and it took forever to get our drinks, order and receive our food. I asked for medium well filet ribeye, and I was given a well done with a dime sliver of very light pink. My husband ordered the pork belly benedict and was given 3 slices of Canadian bacon (confirmed by head chef) on an English muffin, the only eatable thing was the poached eggs on top. The steak was so dry it was uneatable. We returned our food and asked for the check (drinks). The head chef came out and said he would redo it; we said no thank you. I'll start by saying that this is my first experience dining at an STK location and I hope that this experience is not a sign of things to come at other locations . I'll be in Vegas in a few weeks and already have a reservation at STK Las Vegas. They will have a chance to redeem themselves. Let's start with the service . Our waiter (Ismael) was friendly , pleasant and knowledgeable on the menu. And that's where the positives end. Our drinks took some time to get to us , but wasn't the biggest of deals since we weren't in a hurry to get through the meal . Our dinner orders were eventually taken and the waiting game began . I would like to point out that two tables down from us was a table of two ladies ( not sure who they were but the staff apparently did because they seemed to be fawning over them ). They sat down approximately ten minutes after we did and were served their entire meal before our appetizer came out . They had our same waiter. The chef even came out of the kitchen to check in on them several times as did the GM and a gentleman who I believe to be another manager or Maitre D . Our waiter eventually made his way back to us and we ordered another round of drinks(also took forever to get to us) . A good time to point out that we were not a large table and it was not busy. Our entrees were brought out to our table and we had not received our appetizer yet. We sent the entrees back and notified the runner that we were still waiting on our appetizer( 1 hr and 10 mins later ). Our highly recommended fried calamari finally arrived and it was nothing to rave about . It's advertised as being served with shishito peppers, yet there wasn't any on the plate. It was also very chewy. We notified someone in management regarding the slow service. The meal we felt was being rushed out once we said something. Our entrees were served too soon after the appetizer( the same ones we sent back ), I know because my steak was cold. My colleague noticed an unexpected addition to her plate . A random piece of bread that someone had taken a bite out of somehow made it onto her dish. We immediately notified the waiter who sent over the manager. The idea of someone else's bitten food ending up on your plate is disgusting and repulsive. The manager who came over (George) was courteous and very apologetic and corrected the issue immediately , however by that time it's was too late to salvage the meal. They ended up comping a large potion of the meal. It was the right thing to do and we appreciated the fact that they tried to make up for the mountain of mistakes that had occurred . The entire experience was a failure of Epic proportions. It seemed to start off poorly and then got progressively worse. Everyone is entitled to a bad night. Anyone that goes out to dinner often knows that sometimes things go wrong. However the issues seem more deep rooted than an off night . It's amazing how while we were experiencing all these failures , two tables down from us, the two ladies were being treated like royalty. I will give them credit. Once the issues were brought to their attention. They did their best to try to salvage the rest of the experience. I'm not from the area, but even if I was I couldn't see myself returning to this STK location. read more

I've been to STK's in multiple places (PR my fav), and this one is definitely at the bottom of the list. I dislike that because it's my friends birthday and she was very excited. Simply, not worth the money or your time. Our waiter was very nice and kind and tried their best but the service from the hostess to the back of house were awful. They cramped our party of 6 on a 4 top saying they had many reservations but the restaurant was empty on a Sunday night. The food took over an hour to come out and then there was another hour until our dessert. The food tasted good but is extremely overpriced. This is the worst STK I have ever eaten at. I am a huge 5 start steak restaurant goer and this was horrible. The customer service sucked, The food delivery to the table sucked. The timing for the food delivery sucked. The plate presentation sucked. The 16oz ribeye was overpriced along with everything else such as the 27.00 iceberg lettuce bowl. The waiter was almost nonexistent. We constantly had to ask other waiters to get us things. We constantly had to ask the waiter to speak up and repeat himself, because he spoke so low, and did not look at us when speaking. The manager never came by to ask how things were going. Overall, this is without question one of the worst fine dining experiences I've ever had. I will never return to this location. read more

Abysmal experience. After dining here I feel robbed, duped, and disappointed. Our waiter suggested an "off menu special" that included steak & two sides for 2 people. My friend and I chose the ribeye for $76 each. Once receiving the receipt, we realized we had been billed $500 total for an array of different types of butter, seasoning, and sauces chosen by our waiter. Not only was the misrepresentation of the meal unacceptable but the quality of the food itself was subpar regardless of the price. Will not be recommending or returning. read more
