I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

Phil finishes helping first guy and then immediately asks second guy how he can help him. I let him finish helping second guy and when he asks me how he can help me I'm in complete disbelief. I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". I then tell him that I'm not sure if I want to give them my business and he says "fine you can leave, I don't have to help you". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. I knew he was honest back in 2001 he told me that I needed a water pump and the cost would be around 500, however when I went to pick it up he only charged me 75 and I asked why and he said it was the thermostat instead. Any other mechanic would have showed me a water pump from another car and charged me the 500. So I will stay with him until he retires. Also I have bought 2 vans and 4 cars from him as well. I will never pay another car note when I can call him and ask him to look out for a car for me. I'm glad I met him. We're friends and he knows my number by sight. My husband picked up my car and a battery with them I had my receipt and paperwork. To my new battery that was in my glove box I knew was some bullshit. Secondly, they repaired a second vehicle. I went in complaining about a certain noise with my steering column and also a clicking they said that they repaired it and charge me for what they said they repaired when I got home I drove the quite to work the night was still there in the morning. You probably need new tires. Your tires are all back. The price they quoted me was unbelievable. So we went to Dobbs and got a better deal. I started to call them the next day cause the noise was still there the next time I will be taking my car to the dealer. I called Wicke after calling 5-6 other auto body shops that couldn't get me in for weeks. I was in…read morea minor accident and needed my mirror reattached so my car was drivable. The owner Joe told me to come on down and that he would see me right away. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through everything I needed to know and document for insurance. He ordered the parts I needed right away and was also able to get my mirror reattached enough so I could drive it while waiting for the part to come in. The best part? He didn't charge me for the temporary reattachment. I would recommend Wicke to anyone for their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge about the insurance process.
