The workers are ALL super friendly, sweet, and very intelligent. My oldest has CHF, and they knew exactly how to handle her, My other girl is very timid, but both have gone to groomers in the past, so they are not difficult-just nervous. They instantly loved on them. Another reason I knew they would be in good hands. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and scheduling is easy also quick to get in where others u would have to wait weeks... these two were 2 months over due, so they had some Matt's under their arms and ears.. I do my best to cut them out. But they did an even better job making them cute and even gave each a bandana.. where if u go to Pets Mart or petco, u have to pay 5$ extra. I will definitely be scheduling their next appt here. The location is perfect for us as well 1 minute up the road... I can't wait to try out the boarding... according to their menu they are spoiled.

The doctors are wonderful to deal with. They explain medical conditions and medications to the family members which is so helpful and provide the utmost care for your animal. The grooming and boarding facilities are clean and provide many services to your animals while being boarded. The groomers treat their animals as if they were their own. We were, of course, upset because we really didn't want to put him down but no choice,long story. Anyway, I made an appointment specifically for euthanasia, and explained the reason over ther phone. When we got there the vet would not put him down, but instead asked if we would be willing to try training. I was shaking when we walked out of there. Not a good way to run a business.

However, I had heard great things about The Dog House Inc. and decided to give them a chance--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their team was kind, understanding, and professional. Kai came home happy, healthy, and just like himself, which was such a relief. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is also amazing. We recently had a death in the family and had to leave the state last minute. When we called, they fit us in the same day without hesitation. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

When we checked the dogs in, the staff was super kind and attention. We paid for extra play time which I have no doubt my dogs got. My one dog didn't even want to leave! Best of all, my dog who is kind of reactive came back not very reactive to people and other dogs. The Dog House was also great about giving updates when we called to check in.
