Cute little restaurant! We are new to Conway and have been trying new places a lot and this place will be somewhere we try again! They have a door and ramp designated for handicap use, the have eco friendly straws and wrappers, they also have posted on their door that service animals are allowed. Seems like the owner has put a lot of thought into this place. The white spicy cheese dip and salsa was very good! My daughter got broccoli cheddar soup and she said it was delicious too. My son got the kids cheese burger and it was the best cheese burger I've seen on a kids menu. Was very well made. Their fries and ranch were very good too. My youngest got the kids "chicken rings" and they were not good. They should take those off of the menu. Two complaints was mine and my SO food didn't come out until our little ones were already finished. It took a long time for our kids food to come out and then even longer for ours. The manager (I'm assuming that's who he was) came out and apologized and bout our entire meal. It was very nice of him as we didn't expect it but we were glad they acknowledged how long it took because we were getting a little frustrated. Wasn't impress, queso was good . Not that friendly waitress. Still left a tip, due to the service was mediocre.

Was told my to-go order would be ready at 11:20am, it wasn't brought out until I went up the the window inquiring about the wait and finally brought out at 11:40 with no explanation nor apology. Once I got back to work with the order (which was for 6 people who's lunches were now over), there were 2 ketchups, mustards, and mayos for three sandwiches with fries. Wish l hadn't tipped them the small amount I did when I first got there and will not be going back. This isn't the first incident, but it is the last. read more

Went with my wife and grandson after working out. My son, who resides in Conway recommended Stoby's. Very visible location and close to both the college and Conway Hospital. We arrived just at the tail-end of lunch, about 1:30. It was crowded and the parking lot was full. Fortunately found Handicap parking was empty, so parking ended up being easy. Within a half hour the parking lot was nearly vacant. As we entered the side entrance we made our way through the building to the main entrance. We were greeted with a warm "Hello" from a couple of their servers. And, as busy as it was, we were seated immeadiatly, with no waiting. Our server was at the table just after we were seated to take our drink order and to provide menu's. We ordered an appetizer and received a big basket of chips, for chip & dip. The atmosphere inside is wood-stained bead-board as if the building were built in the 20's. It's not dark at all, but bright and lively. It gives a very warm feeling as if I were coming home to my mother's house for a meal. I was smelling and looking at what others in the restaurant were eating. There's not a single table where I wouldn't have sat down with the other patrons, at their table, if they were going to offer me a taste of their food. I had a salad, and couldn't eat but half. The portion size was enormous. My wife had a chicken sandwich and ate every bit of it. Portions are large. The price was fair, around $28.00 before tip. The service was quite good. I'll go back for another meal and would recommend that you try it as well. read more

Stoby's has a great tuna pita that would be better if they went back to the old days when they steamed the pita bread. I also like their salads. When I got breakfast today, I was so disappointed to see that they don't make their biscuits anymore. But I think they do make that delicious gravy. The food is good, but I would recommend dining in only as they tend to absolutely screw you on your portion sizes if its a to-go order. Shame on me for not checking my order before leaving. There's no way they would have brought that to a table that was dining in and gotten away with it. read more

Absolutely ludicrous customer service from this restaurant. The MOD, Tyler, failed to even attempt to make the situation right. He merely offered an empty apology. We drove from Branson to celebrate my Aunt's Birthday and waited at least an hour to eat breakfast with our family. Drove 3 hours here. Then, as soon as we seat at 11pm. We are told that not only can we not have breakfast, but there is a 1 hour wait for hot food. You know, because everyone enjoys salads for breakfast. If you're not empowering your managers to put a smile on the face of disappointed customers, you're doing this wrong. This place works really hard to find reasons not to let guests in by doing things like requiring masks and doing temperature checks upon entry while failing to give customers a good reason to stay. Once again, you're doing it wrong. I can only hope that the owners, at some point, figure out what it means to offer superior customer service. FYI: This review is being written by a seasoned professional in the field of executive level catering that is currently on his way to IHOP to get seemingly better service. This was the most disappointing food I've ever eaten. The burger had no flavor. I ordered the stoby and it should be renamed the lettuce because that's all that was on the sandwich besides 3 slices of meat that were literally as thin as a sheet of paper. Our waitress was incredibly rude and even the deserts were subpar. My husband and I were both ill after our meal for the rest of the day. I'm not a picky person at all, but I will never eat here again. I don't see how this place has good ratings at all. read more

My roommate and I tried Stoby's for the first time last week. We hadn't gone before because we'd always heard it was overpriced. However, I got half a cheese dip, a soup, burger and fries for only like $15. The spicy white cheese dip was so good. We also really loved the Cajun jambalaya.
