I am new so I arrived about 5 minutes early to get registered and Ashley was my instructor, she is so nice and welcoming. The whole staff is, even the students. The class was packed which was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to sit ( Ashley recommended sitting in the middle or back for newbies ) so that's what I did, a woman from the class was so polite to create a space for me which brought my anxiety down. If the classes weren't so crowded I would have gave 5 stars! Now this class was hot I mean 5 minutes in I was sweating and the class hadn't even begun yet. I love the fact that Ashley pays attention to her students, you can tell she really cares about what she does. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. I loved the juice section of the studio, it was much needed after class, I ordered the blueberry matcha which was delicious and filling ! Please try it. The woman making my drink was super cool! So overall I am coming back and I highly recommend!

I attended an All Level Yoga class tonight 4/26/26 with Monica and she is a great teacher. I had let her know during class that I had sprained my left ankle a little bit and she had me adjust my techniques so I would be putting no strain on my ankle and during class she allowed me to adjust my techniques as I needed to. That's a sign of an excellent instructor and I am so grateful and relaxed now. I was feeling grumpy before class and that vibe has become happy. Thank you Deb and Bill for creating a wonderful space and for having wonderful teachers. I highly recommend coming here. They're The Best in San Joaquin County!

This happened last year, but I want to share my experience here …read more. Good classes overall, and Tanon is an excellent instructor. However, canceling my membership was a frustrating experience. I had to give a one-month notice, go in person to submit a form, and still got charged for months after requesting cancellation in June--it wasn't processed until October. Communication was poor. Marilyn stopped responding once I asked to cancel, and Silvia never returned calls. Great instructors, but the management and cancellation process need serious improvement.

I walked in this afternoon, after years of wondering about the plant, spa and yoga combo and I was greatly disappointed by the negative energy of the fellow who works there, no smiling or greeting, just how can I help you in a reluctant manner, than he says if you want plants or a spa I can't help you. No customer service, no invitation to learn more about the services. He treated me this way in front two other customers who wouldn't look me in the eye, smile or correct his bad behavior. It was plainly obvious, they didn't me to join them, and that is okay too. However, to my melanated queens who practice yoga, let me know where there is it a studio that welcomes all members of the community.
