We booked an appointment for later that afternoon. Eric did not rush the process at all. He took the time to listen to my son, understand what he wanted, and create a cut that perfectly fit his face shape. He even taught him how to style it so he could keep the look at home. A few days later, my son forgot how to style it, and this is where Eric truly went above and beyond. Not only did he send us a YouTube video, but he also took the time to FaceTime my son personally and walk him through the styling step-by-step.
