I waited outside for about 20 minutes, calling again with no response -- total no-show. As a professional myself, I really value communication, organization, and attention to detail. This experience felt disorganized and careless, which is disappointing for a business that otherwise seems to have great reviews. To me that's an internal employee management problem. If all your employees charged me wrong then it's a issue you need to have with the employees. You can't blame the customer.
