We went up to the front desk to get a refund and they wouldn't offer more than half refund although we didn't even get half a game in . The owner is supposedly in the hospital which is unfortunate but the people that were left in charge was putting all the problems on her which I feel is extremely unprofessional that nobody in charge had the authority to make it right . The man at the front desk admitted to the lane having multiple parts that needed replaced but still didn't feel obligated to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and especially not any family's trying to have fun on a budget .

He passed, so I took him to Level One Bar+ Arcade. I did it to have some brother bonding time. Its been years since either one of us had stepped into an arcade and really spent hours playing in one. Some of our fondest memories together occurred while playing video games and in video arcades. Thus, it was wonderful to relive those moments together and create new memories at another video arcade. Really cool place, ambience definitely is a cool classical arcade that just happens to have a bar inside. Tons of games here! You can find all the classics, Street Fighter 2, Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 2, etc. Talk about memories... i remember playing Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat at arcades when I was in grade school. I got go relive memories when I played X-Men the Arcade Game, a game I beat at an arcade when I was in middle school. The only disappointment was with Rampage. I jumped for joy when I saw it! I loved playing as either George, Ralph, or Lizzie as gigantic monsters devouring the worlds population and destroying cities when i was younger! Alas! It was not operable! My years away from playing video games showed my rusty skills. I used to be a beast in games, i did alright but man have my skills deteriorated since college. Again, we played for hours, and had a great time together. We did not spend a lot of money, all non-pinball games are free. We also did play some pinball games like The Walking Dead, and You Only Live Twice. Level One Bar+ Arcade made our last night in Columbus, a wonderful night. I definitely recommend coming here!

They proceeded to break the rules and proceeded to stand around our teams respawn and eliminate us over and over. When I informed the employee in charge of the laser tag they shrugged it off and allowed the kids to continue to do it until they made the game so unenjoyable for my son and niece that they didn't want to continue to play. The employee running the laser tag said maybe we should just come back on another day instead of enforcing the rules. When speaking with the manager, she said oh yeah they have been an issue all day. After spending $200plus for two rounds of laser tag and a round of nerf wars and getting the negative response from the employees and manager, we will not be returning and do not recommend spending the money or time there.

Bowling, arcade, VR, restaurant, bumper cars and of course, a bar all under one roof, made for a great night with some new friends. The selection of arcade games was smaller than I'd expected but I found a few to play and ended up winning big on the ticket claws. The redemption counter had lots of fun items at reasonable ticket levels too, so I got a bunch of great toys to bring back to my kiddos. The bar was nicely stocked with a decent selection of beer and spirits. I settled on some Old No. 7 neat which did the trick. They also have nice party rooms here and our event had a buffet featuring a selection of their pizzas, a nacho bar, and what seemed to be hand breaded Midwest chicken chunks! Everything was tasty and the staff kept it well stocked too! I wish I hadn't spent so much time hanging in the bar (ok no I don't) but I missed out on experiencing everything else this place had to offer except the food and the arcade games. Great little find in Lima and no surprise why the local community likes hanging here!

This business started out by selling old and used cartridges for almost every (major) gaming console ever made. The owner has an enormous, almost unbelievable, selection of games you played, games you wish you had played, and some games that you've probably never heard of. What a trip down memory lane. Yeah, the owner had a nice little business selling game an outstanding variety of game console cartridges...and then he got bit by the pinball bug. So, in his store, he has 24 pinball machines, three cabaret style machines (Galaga, Centipede, Ms.Pac Man), two multigame machines (an iCade 60 gamer, and another that features about 100? vertical scrolling Japanese "maniac shooters..." if those are your thing. There's a Crazy Taxi game, too). The pins range in price from 12.5 cents per play (two credits for a quarter, arithmetic wiz), to a buck per play. Here's the key...every game that I played was in good or excellent condition! What an cool variety of games, he has. Newest game? Jurassic Park (2019) by Stern. Flagship game? Dialed In (2017) Limited Edition by Jersey Jack; that's a $9000 dollar machine. Mike P's favorite game? FirePower (1980) by Williams...25 cents per play...just like the machine at Little Cesar's Pizza on Suder Avenue...back in 1980. For an added bonus, ask him to see the collection of video game consoles and microcomputer stuff that he has in his back room. Another trip down memory lane. When in Lima, stop by...after Kewpee's.

They were super excited but you can only ride so many water slides for so long so we were thankful to be able to take a break in the Big Game Room. Keep in mind this is designed for kids so some of the things are cheesy but it's for fun. Since I was splurging I got the Safari Family package which included tokens, tickets, escape rooms and activities. The game room is full of various types of games from little kid games, to VR games, to ticket games. My daughter and I really enjoyed the VR pods while my son went for the ticket games. We were there during the day on a weekday so it wasn't crowded at all. The first activity we did was the mirror maze and it's not huge but they enjoyed it as part of the whole experience. We also did the 7D Theater and that was probably the most favorite activity. You strap into moving chairs and go on a ride to shoot zombies etc. next we headed over to laser tag and shot each other bunch. The same lady got us set up for each activity and was very nice. Finally we headed over to the Escape room which was very basic and small but was very fun. We were able to escape but used a lot of hints.
