This is a nice coffee shop along the street right at the waterfront. They have a great location and it's the only spot for coffee along this strip so they were pretty busy when we went on a late Saturday afternoon. They have a daily specials board with a specific drink each day for only $4.75. Wish all coffee shops had some kind of deal like that! They were all pretty unique drinks too. They also have their summer specials menu which had two coffee options, a blended lemonade, and a tea. I opted to try their Summer Send Tea which has a coconut cold foam over mango green tea. It looks like a cup of milk but it was actually quite refreshing as a cold tea latte! The coconut cold foam was unique but definitely gave the island vibe over the fruity tea. read more

Super sweet staff behind the counter . The shop was bright and simple looking. The flavor combinations were interesting . I landed on the cinnamon roll. It was a simple sweet taste w hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The coffee was smooth , not bitter and the temperature was just right . We were visiting the area for the day and we were given the recommendation to head down to the wharf. It was a cool, breezy day, perfect for watching kite surfers on the gorge. We were happy to find a coffee shop here, along with free street parking. Walking in, we were immediately greeted with the sweet aroma of coffee beans. I ordered a black coffee and P2 had their iced vanilla latte. The prices here are very reasonable, which we greatly appreciate! This place is on the small side and there was a line ahead of us and behind us. It didn't take too long to order and pick up our drinks when they were ready. We found a long table to enjoy our drinks. The coffee is good here. The beans aren't over-roasted, which made for a flavorful cup. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that allow an abundance of natural light to come in, and we could people watch. The baristas here were all friendly and service was fantastic! We'd be happy to return here if we're ever back in the area! read more

I think the service and view are excellent! Such. Bright space with an excellent view. I'm visiting from California and loved all counter seating inside and outside with a view of the mountains. Service was quick and friendly. My husband got a cappuccino and I tried the seasonal cold brew with very foam. I like my coffee a little deeper, stronger flavor profile and I think their coffee was a bit on the lighter fruitier side. Still yummy tho! They had plenty of milk alternative including hemp which I found interesting. Pricing was fair. Wouldn't mind stopping by again if I was already in the area. read more

Awful coffee. Wow. I got the special of the day, which was the "Honey Love" - a honey cinnamon latte. Sounds delicious, right? I mean I'm not that picky at all when it comes to coffee. Mind you, it was 2pm and I haven't had a cup all day, so I was deprived. I threw it away!!! It was HORRIBLE. Tasted like stew water. I don't know what they did... the honey was all clumped too. Worst coffee I've ever had in my life. We also tried the mocha, which the other 2 people in my group agreed was completely and utterly awful. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving such horribleness. The actual setup in the shop is weird too. You walk in, and the line is right there. So it's very congested. I have been to this earlier when jn the town of hood river. The place never disappoints me. One can smell the fresh coffee even outside the roastery. I love the daily specials at a price point of only $4 outside of the front doors and the summer specials listed inside at $4-$4.50. I decided on the summer special, Island Mocha. It was delicious! Something about coffee in the PNW is so special to me. Service was quick and the baristas were kind and friendly. Ordered the Sasquatch smoothie which contains peanut butter and chocolate espresso. Was really delicious and I would definitely order again. As another reviewer had stated, and would have to agree, the customer service was lacking. I came in to say hello (and I would have expected them to say hello first!), and the response was barely audible. Even when I said thank you, the response felt like, "sure, ok" and just barely a smile. Honestly, I didn't feel welcome. Maybe it's because I'm an out-of-towner. But when a customer says thank you, the least you could do is say "No, thank YOU". I'm trying not to be too be too harsh on the review, but it's just what I encountered. Great coffee drinks with a variety of offerings covering the all the basics and some delicious flavors for those wanting something on the sweet side. Whenever I see cardamom on the menu, whether it's coffee tea or a pastry, I'm all in! Except if it's my first coffee in the morning when I can't drink something sweet. The cardamom vanilla latte was divine! The cardamom gives it a hint of spice that just elevates the drink and tones down the sweetness of the vanilla. Love! Friends enjoyed a chai and a mocha; everyone was more than satisfied. Love the location right across from the park and small beach on the Columbia River. I often take my walk along the river because they have a nice wide sidewalk and of course the views are beautiful, especially when the wind surfers are out. Stopping here afterwards for an iced beverage in the warmer months and a hot coffee when it's cool is a perfect way to finish my walk. Lots of parking. Friendly service. Great coffee. This was one of the recommended places that we stop off at when we are in Central Oregon now even though Central Oregon is less than two hours away from our home, it's someplace we don't frequent as often as possible, and as often as we should. So we lean on a few friends when we are headed down there and there's some of the spots that came up. I will say it was the best of the three coffee shops that we did frequent while we were down there that Weekend But still not quite as amazing as some of my favorite spots up here in northern Oregon. So I've yet to find a better place, so I definitely will recommend this if you are looking for a cup and a good parking good location and a nice park to enjoy your drink across the street definitely adds to the atmosphere. read more

This place has a lot going for it and is a solid spot for coffee/breakfast treats. The coffee itself was well made and there were several alternative milk options. The location is convenient for waterfront activities but I imagine it can get pretty crowded because of that. I was here on a rainy day so it was busy but things moved very efficiently. In addition to the coffee they have a nice selection of snacks/treats which all looked delicious! I tried the coffee cake and the banana chocolate chip bread which were both just perfect with coffee! We stopped by when passing through this morning, Friday about 9:30am. Good availability of nearby parking, and right across the street from the waterside park. Nice location. We were in and out fast, just grabbed a latte and a black coffee to go. The place is nice, and the staff friendly (and masked). The coffees were both very tasty...my only slight complaint was that they didn't seem to either start as hot as they could've been, OR the cups used caused them to cool off quicker than I'm used to. Either way, still good coffee and a very good, albeit brief, experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again next time we're traveling through. read more

We were looking for some caffeinated refreshment while waiting for a table to open up at a nearby restaurant, so we popped in here. Everyone working there was very friendly. We each ordered an Americano, but in three different ways. One iced and plain, one iced with cream, one hot with cream and we were all happy with our beverages. They had a wide variety of other options, as well as a few food items I think. During this Covid time, I was surprised to see that they had a sweetener spot where you could add your own sweetness. I didn't get any pastries this time around going to brunch but we ended up trying their fall spice latte and the matcha latte as it was the special being only $3. I would get the fall spice latte again during this time but would pass on the matcha latte next time or sweeten it up with some honey. Come for the coffee, not for the service. All the reviews I read before coming mentioned the lack of friendly staff and that is what we experienced. Minimal eye contact and communication. They forgot one of our drinks almost immediately. As I watched them work through a rush of customers they seemed to have forgotten many other people's drinks and food as well... as at least 5 people had to go back up and ask after waiting 20+ minutes. We started our long day of driving here before heading eastward towards home (Indiana). This coffee shop and the park across the street were the perfect way to stretch and start the day off right. Stoked offers a variety of fresh pastries like bacon scones, cardamom morning buns, ham and gruyere and pumpkins and lemon poppyseed bread to make a few. The cardamom bun and ham and cheese croissant we got were both delicious and still hot (we were there right when they opened ;). We also ordered a latte and the cayenne honey cappuccino. Both were delicious and the option to swap out oak milk was appreciated. During COVID, there shop is set up as a counter at the front door for guests to order grab and go. They have a handful of tables out front but you always have your pick of options from the park across the street. I especially appreciated that this location was down by the water and separated from the main artery of downtown Hood River for easier access. read more

Only reason for 3 stars is because of the service...not friendly at all, no eye contact, we always try to engage in friendly conversation, but received absolutely no response, even when WE said "thank you." We happened up this delightful shop on a tending to cloudy, but still blue sky day around Thanksgiving when we stopped to see the park and let the little dudes run around for a bit. After leaving, we wanted this place to come home with us! Located across the street from the Hood River waterfront park, there's no reason you shouldn't stop by every time you visit here every time you bring the kids over - it's that good! My best half had a Cardamon Vanilla Latte - Unreal how good this was. It was a flavor combo I hadn't thought about, but obviously they had and it was delicious! I had the Matcha Goddess - a green tea (and green color) based latte with coconut oil, coconut milk, butter and cinnamon. Another flavor combo I hadn't thought about and with the extras in it, you finish and it's like you had snack! The little dudes rocked a couple hot chocolates and the trip was complete! We all took our beverages of choice for a walk at the park and stayed warmer in the process. The digs here are set up very nicely. Lots of seating including bar stools, tables and booths. Tons of windows out front let you watch the waterfront if you please and they do their own roasting here so it smells awesome. A great coffee shop if we've ever been to one and as left coasters, we check out a lot of coffee spots. This should be a spot you definitely try out and with the park outside, it's probably worth a trip from afar to try it! read more

The coffee is very good (and organic), but often the baristas make several drinks at a time and my double espresso is flat and bitter by the time they pour it into the cup. Had a London Fog and absolutely LOVED it! I love it when the barista knows if their alternative milks are unsweetened without giving me that puppy stare saying, "I think so...". With a beautiful view of a park along the river and surrounded by other nice restaurants it is a nice place to stop for a coffee break.
