I do not recommend thus dealership whatsoever! Their customer service is non existent and staff needs to be trained on customer satisfaction! To have the nerve to interrupt a customer while the customer is speaking on the phone to them and when the customer says they finished and the agent could then speak to be hung up on us deplorable! And when one calls back, they did not pick up the phone! Disgraceful! And to ask for the email of the general manager to be told no one has it and then to be advised they are not allowed to give it out??? Just terrible. I brought my 2019 Lexus in for service . Just and oil change and tire rotation. Cost was $271After waiting for almost 2 hours the service rep suggested that I needed brakes and the cost would be $1400 plus tax. The car only has 24k miles. I thought best to get a second opinion and bring to a local mechanic He checked and told me I did not need brakes and could probably drive another 10k miles before I needed to worry about new brakes. 3/29/24....Just an FYI for anybody looking to buy from Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale, LI as how my purchase went. I purchased a used car from them 1/18/24 (they had it since 9/23 and I'm sure were anxious to unload it) they arranged both financing and extended warranty on it. Shortly after purchase I cancelled the warranty as they car was a Chevrolet not Lexus and with my traveling from NJ to TX and other states I was concerned about the warranties value. After many...many...calls, texts and even emailing...as of now....8 weeks later, they still have not replied to me (contacted yesterday and today again 3/29/24) as to my refund they promised that I'd get (just shy of $2,000) or even given me updates. Both the bank and the warranty company have said that the dealer has all the details and the money...so why have they not returned it....or even responded about it... Take this into consideration if/when you plan on dealing with them. My situation may be abnormal, but I am really tired of their lack of caring to me, make your own decisions. read more

This place is the absolute worse car dealership ever! For the past 6 months I have been dealing with mistakes made on the part of Lexus, given excuse after excuse for the negligence of their responsibilities. First, I drove four hours from Maryland to purchase the vehicle. The sales associate gave us the run around with the car-fax report and said the car had never been in an accident(which it had). He waited until the end of the sale to disclose that the car only came with 1 set of keys. The finance manager also lied and said the car had never been in an accident and talked in circles when asked about the car-fax report. After an exhausting process, I made it back home to notice that the bumper was out alignment with the headlights. I immediately contacted the dealership to notify them and I was promised time and time again that the bumper would be fixed. I took the car to their sister dealership(in MD), multiple times to have the same issue repaired. Eventually this got moved up to the director of the dealerships who said he would have the issue fixed so that I would be happy with my purchase. He ensured me that Lexus does not use aftermarket bumpers but what he didn't know was that the tech who worked on my car said the reason the bumper wasn't aligned was because it was an aftermarket bumper. This whole experience has been nothing but lies and false promises! I wish I could go back to that day and never purchased this vehicle. I hope no one has to ever go through such a disheartening situation like this again. read more

I have bought three cars from this dealership since 2007, when it was Lexus of Massapequa. Aside from my very last transaction with them, I can really think of no time when I was dissatisfied with them. The service department, whether I was there for a scheduled maintenance or some unscheduled problem, performed well. Since my auto was a Toyota/Lexus, there were very few problems. My service manager, Everett, was with me for all those years and he is possibly the most popular employee at the dealership. He took care of me. I withhold the last star only because during the progress of buying out my leased car, at a very favorable price, one of the sales managers, whom I understand had not been at this location long, tried to tack on to the purchase contract a $5000 vehicle service package that had never even been discussed. Although I had no trouble catching this, elderly people might have just written out the check for the amount he stated and been defrauded. On the whole I highly recommend this dealership. read more

I went here to look at the new GX. I was met by an unenthusiastic staff and introduce to a salesmen who barley spoke english. As he was showing me the only GX they have in the dealership he opened the liftgate and a box containing the trailer hitch parts slide out and landed on my foot. It was extremely panful since it must have weighed about 20-30 pounds. One person asked if I was ok and no one offered any medical help. Not wanting to make a scene I asked for another salesman one who spoke english. The salesman was helpful but told me there were no GX vehicles I could test drive. Something I think the dealership should have especially when the SUV costs about 80K! The next day I heard from someone in customer service who asked me how my visit was (not knowing what happened). I told the person what happened and they got the sales mgr. to contact me. He was dismissive of my injury saying it was only the hitch assembly. He then proceeded to debate with me about competitors vehicles in the same class and after exacerbating the situation with his lack of professionalism told me he would call me when a new GX is available to test drive. He was rude combative and condescending. I told him I was going to write the owner of the dealership and he said " go ahead he is sitting right next to me". What a wonderful experience this has been leasing from Stoler. My salesperson, Shiv, was a pleasure to deal with-his soft approach and no pressure attitude made me feel very comfortable with him. He was very thorough and worked with me to find the best options for my lease. Also, Eric Stoler , the finance manager, was great. He explained every paper I signed and took the time to interact with me in a friendly manner. We even discussed sports and his history getting involved with the dealership. Also, the tech person, Anthony, explained in detail each and every facet of the navigation system and the new tech items added with this vehicle. Finally, I felt the overall Stoler staff was accommodating and was very attentive. This was my third Lexus that I have leased and the first time at this this dealership-this place was by far the best ever. There are four people who I would like to call attention to at Stoler Lexus. Steven Hurd is the regional manager of service. He is a gem. There were multiple frustrating circumstances I was dealing with and he stuck with me through the process from start to finish. I met him on the day that Stoler was purchased from Atlantic, and in the transition, there was a service issue that wasn't clear if it was from the new or previous owner. Like a consummate professional, he took care of the issue with no questions. When I had concerns he gave me his personal cell, made himself available, inspected my car himself to be sure I would be happy with the service, and honored his word on several occasions. He is terrific. If Steven isn't there he will be sure to choose someone good to report to him. Steven alone is a reason to go to Stoler. Nick Guadagno is the General Manager of the whole operation. I had a good relationship with the previous owner, and felt concerned that I would not be given the same care when Stoler purchased it and Nick took over. I was very wrong. Nick went above and beyond to educate me about the best way to proceed with my NX. He walked me through multiple options and was patient, and kind. He offered me a few deals, and did not push one over the other. I ended up purchasing a lease from him, and an extended warrantee along with a few other options at an extremely fair price. It was by far the best option. He educated me and let me take my time to do my own research. He promised that he would be there for me as a lexus owner for all my future car needs, and I know he will follow through, treating me with respect. When I'm ready for my next purchase I will reach out to him directly, and have already given multiple referrals to the dealership because of his honestly. Angela Lavernchik is the business manager. Since I had never purchased and financed a lexus, only leased multiple cars, I had to be walked through the process start to finish. She answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. She was personable and available, and followed through with what she said she would. Angela and Nick met with me together, and we reviewed my options and they put a package together that I couldn't refuse. Angela was patient while I looked into my best financing options and helped facilitate the one that was best for me. Everyone knows that car dealerships can be dishonest, and they were quite the opposite, and I feel very appreciative of that. John was my service contact for the last year. He followed up by text and phone, making sure everything went smoothly. Just like Steven, he inspected the car himself to be sure I would get it back in a way that I would be happy with. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had from a car dealership. The salesman we spoke to is not professional at all. I picked 2 cars and wanted to see if the price is negotiable, so that I can compare with other dealership. The salesman went to the manager and let us wait for at least 20 mins. He came back with monthly payment rates of the original price, which i didn't even asked. He went back to the manager again and let us wait for another 15mins. The manager came with a really bad attitude. I didn't like the price he offered me and try to leave. He started yelling at us because we asked for a price, but not taking the offer. It's ridiculous. Lexus Ownership has a reputation for top notch service. Not here. Fortunately, I bought my Lexus elsewhere and I'm used to a different level of service that is "supposed" to be provided nationwide. Not so if you are using Stoler Lexus. I would receive a loaner car if lengthy service was required, or Lexus would pick up & drop off my vehicle for me. Stoler claimed to not have loaner cars available and asked ME to drop off the vehicle. When I inquired about the pick up & drop off service they stuttered and agreed to 9:30am. I'm staying approx 4 miles from the dealership and at 9:30am the Service dept told me that it should be picked up momentarily and perhaps traffic delayed them. 45 minutes later no one showed up and I decided to cancel the service and wait until I return home to my original Lexus dealership that has provided me service each and every time in accordance with the Lexus Ownership reputation that I have been accustomed to at other dealerships. I purchased a certified GS350 from Stoler Lexus. Salesman was excellent. The car had 4 bent wheels on it with a vibration in the steering wheel and brakes. The service department had the car 4 times, once for a week. They just kept moving the wheels around the car in order to minimize the vibration instead of making it right. The car was supposed to have a 161 point inspection done on it, however it must have been a 10 point inspection the windshield had damage, moonroof wether stripping was falling half off the moon roof and the headliner was falling down from the weather stripping. Do Not purchase any used vehicles from this dealer. They will straight up lie to your face, and not make anything right. read more

I inquired about a 2022 ES 350 Ultra Luxury on Christmas Day. The following day, I received a response and exchanged messages with a salesperson who had some questions for me. The next day, the salesperson told me s/he was escalating the information to his/her managers and someone should reach out to me shortly. I never heard from the dealership again, however. Stoler Lexus ghosted me! Three days later I texted back and received no reply. I even submitted another inquiry through the website and again heard nothing. You can easily be fooled by the "great reviews" on this dealership. I bought a car a few months ago, the dealership damaged the car before I drove it off the lot and I realized the day after. If you are going to buy from this place, I recommend you call Corporate Lexus first and ask a few questions (1-800-255-3987). The first question I would ask is: is this dealership privately owned and operated? The answer I got was yes. So when I called to report the damage to the car, the response I got from corporate was "we can reach out to the manager but if he is unwilling to help you, all we can do is document it." The second thing I would suggest is to speak to the General Manager before buying the vehicle. From my experience, the managers at Stoler Lexus give off the impression that they are always too busy to speak with you and I often got the cliche answer "he's in a meeting." I had a very unpleasant experience at this Lexus Dealership and unfortunately I will be taking all my repairs, oil changes, etc. to a private body shop because I will no longer support a business who treats their customers with such unprofessionalism and disrespect. read more
