They worked very hard despite cold winter temperatures and completed the job in a timely manner. They took their time laying the posts and carefully measuring the distances and property line. Antonio is very detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable with the property line and we discussed how the fence would flow given the grade of the property. I appreciated that he is definitely of the "measure twice (or three times), cut once" mindset and I felt like he was very focused on getting it right and making sure that I was comfortable before starting the install. I never got the sense that he was trying to rush this job to hurry off to another project. His team left our yard spotless during and after the install and graciously cleared bushes and brush in order to install the fence in the first place. Any time I had a question about the project or needed clarification, Antonio was quick to call or text me. He is very customer service oriented and puts a lot of effort into maintaining open lines of communication and partnering with his clients to get the job done right. Every day he said he would show up to work, he did, and he was always available by text (day or night, including weekends). His communication skills are amazing and his good nature and positive attitude made the project go smoothly, despite some external forces (that had nothing to do with Antonio and his team) that made it unnecessarily challenging. Moved into new home in Nov 2025 and had contacted Raul before that to begin coordinating our…read morefencing needs. Problem on our end was getting the land survey team back out to mark the boundary line adjustments. This resulted with multiple delays with being able to give Raul clear definition of where the fencing would be installed. And then came the snow delays. With each delay, Raul patiently waited for those issues to be resolved and made numerous trips to assess and address questions we had regarding fence composition, construction, gates, etc. Finally got a land surveyor (a really good one by the way - White Stone Land Surveying - Bob Tedesco) to come out, identify property markers and add more markers for the unusual curvature of our left property line. Contacted Raul and he was out the next day, assessed the work and provided a quote to do the work. 2 days later, the work commenced and 2 days after that, Flores Fence had constructed a very nice pressure treated wood fence with 1x2 in pool mesh wire. The fence encloses nearly 4 acres and has two small and 2 double-wide gates. The price was very competitive. The workers were very respectful of the property and the communication was superb.
