Never been treated so rudely in our lives! She kept saying how wonderful their "service" was, but couldn't be bothered to come to our actual condo, see it and discuss what we wanted and take measurements! That isn't our idea of "service"! A very, very unpleasant experience! It wasn't as if we couldn't afford anything they came up with; it's just that we had already received other estimates and theirs was so ridiculous, it was laughable. We ended up finding a contractor named AGA Kitchens which did an incredible job, addressing every concern that arose immediately ! He wasn't " cheap" but he was worth every penny! He did an incredible, incredible job, creating a stunning kitchen! As for Boca Kitchens and Baths? We wouldn't do business with them if you paid us after the incredibly rude way in which we were treated! We found the behavior of their sales associates to be incredibly unprofessional.

She presented me with optional layouts for each room to be renovated. Our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, laundry room and powder room were all completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. She also helped me choose all the lighting not only in the rooms she remodeled, but in our entire home doing exactly what I needed from her...she didn't let me make any mistakes. I can't begin to say how thankful I am. Our home is gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier. Words cannot describe what a breathtaking home Barbara created for us. Jeff and his creative wife Amy rose to the challenge. We gave them our designs, they made great suggestions (some we accepted and we are glad we did) and delivered our dream kitchen on time and in budget. Their sub-contractors were excellent. Different people in the company contradicted one another, causing enormous delay, and they try to blame the customer for not knowing every detail of every aspect of the bathroom remodeling. They will tell you that you should take time off of work DURING the duration of the whole thing. They advertise aggressively, touting their "40 years in business ", but if you question their work quality or work ethics, they will gleefully point out the illegal fine print on the contract that their charming saleswoman gets you to sign, that you "agree not to publish negative public reviews". Why is it illegal you ask? Check online. Florida laws prohibit this kind of customer suppression. Now you know why there is a huge difference between their raving GOOGLE reviews, versus the very grim Yelp reviews.
