Once we settled on a house he was quick to get our offer in with all of our paperwork in order, causing the owners to accept ours over others who were less prepared. Our escrow was complicated for reasons outside our control but Rick stuck with us throughout, always keeping us updated on status of things, preparing needed documents before they were required, arranging necessary inspections and schedules, and prodding our lender to act faster to accommodate our urgent situation. He also kept the sellers calm as we were forced to extend the escrow when we switched lenders midstream.
