The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing throughout my care.The office is very clean and inviting. I went to see Dr. Megna every 6 to 8 weeks at first , then towards the end of my treatment every month. I followed their instructions to the letter, I wanted to make sure that I got the best outcome by doing my part . Scheduling was always flexible and during my appointment my wait time was less than 5 minutes. I saw other adult patients there , so that made me feel better. My braces was removed on August 01, 2018, total of 2 years and 8 months. My teeth looks great!!!! He did leave a space to have my peg lateral fixed. Dr. Megna and his staff were very patient and caring throughout my entire time there. I developed a great relationship with the Dr.and his staff and will miss seeing them every month. I will still have retainers follow ups appointments. Having braces done was the best decision I could have made. I love my straight white teeth ( I did a whitening after the braces was removed). I was told my braces would take 12-15 months to be taken off, but just got them off after 10 months! The staff there is really friendly and Dr. Megna did a great job on my teeth. They have treated me and my other two brothers along with many of our friends and have done great jobs. I would say the key thing is to take GREAT care of your teeth. I am very diligent about flossing and brushing and I'm pretty sure that's why I was able to get my braces off so quickly. read more

Amazing orthodontist! I have had two daughters in braces with Dr. Megna. By far the best! Everything about this office is wonderful! The facility is decorated with such joy, children and adults alike can appreciate. The staff is truly one of a kind. Sitting in the office now and thinking about the fact that we are half way through with my 3rd child's orthodontist experience. While you don't normally think of customer service when you think about braces , I really need to mention it . I'm a student of customer service and am always looking to improve my own. This office takes that to the next level. Office is always clean and pleasant. There's always coffee and snacks available as well as a wide variety of distractions for what has always been a really short wait. You are greeted as you walk in and ' checked in' before you have a chance to reach the desk. There are courtesy toothbrushes, flossers and mouthwash available for people running in from school or work. Every effort is made to work with school schedules so kids don't miss unnecessarily. We get courtesy text reminders days before each visit and a nice text the morning of the appointment saying they look forward to seeing us. If your looking for a great experience for what will likely be a 2+ year relationship , I recommend Dr Megan and his staff with the highest confidence . This office had great reviews on yelp so i was expecting good things coming into this office. The building was very nice as well. I came in here to get my permanent retainer repaired because the metal wire popped out of the glue holding it to my tooth. The orthodontist proceeded to do the operation. After the drilling and scraping ended i went to feel with my tongue and realized he removed the entire glue and metal wire from that tooth. Now i had my front 5 teeth covered instead of my front 6. I expressed my anger and concerns to the doctor and the only solution he offered me was to remove the glue and wire from the tooth on the opposite side, so I ended up leaving with the retainer only on 4 teeth. Now 6 months later, my exterior teeth that he removed the retainer from are spreading apart and now i have large gaps between those teeth, when before my teeth were perfectly aligned with no gaps what so ever. To conclude, this orthodontist may offer cheap prices but if you really want good looking teeth for yourself or for your child I would look elsewhere. read more
