These guys are the literal best. Everyone at the office is so kind and seems to make a point of making visits as stress free as possible. The receptionists have always treated me kindly and have not rushed me when I'm scheduling with them or have additional questions, the hygienists are professional but talk you through every step so you aren't surprised as to what's going on or what happens next, and the dentists themselves are quick but efficient in handling the concerns brought up. I'd mentioned tooth hypersensitivity in one area and the hygienist went out of her way to numb the location for my routine cleaning and the dentist went over possible advanced solutions to help. I ended up getting a filling over the area which has helped the sensitivity immensely. At no other office I've tried prior have they offered to numb the location to help with the discomfort or be proactive about the issue when I've brought attention to it. I never thought it I could be such a simple fix, but they took the time to care and the issue's been mostly resolved. It's absolutely worth noting that the hygienists and the dentists aren't rough in the slightest and have the gentlest touch. While I myself don't have dentist anxiety, I'm sure this must be a relief for those that experience it. Professional - Friendly Environment…read more I had my braces even before I found SA Orthodontics and since I had it overseas I need to find a good place to continue and finished the treatment. I called several ortho places but SA Orthodontics stands out. The friendly voice and helpful attitude of the people I have talked to on the first time and everytime I will call is so consistent. It feels like they do really care and extend the mile just to help out. My first visit I spoke with Simone and Dr. Campbell, Simone explained the treatment plan and payment and Dr. Campbell provide the procedure and information about my teeth and braces. I had an issue with my insurance and I am glad that they still keep on helping me out and reaching out. Dr. Campbell check my teeth and the talk was so straight and brief, and I like it so much as I value so much of time. After following the pre treatment, I immediately came back to put my braces on, and that's where I met Edgar my Technician. He's really friendly and well coordinated with his movement and other AD and Dr. Campbell. Putting my braces on was easy and quick I guess. After putting it on, Edgar explains what will happen and when will I come back.
