They give the kind of warmth and above-and-beyond service that is rarely found anywhere. I had never been in the shop, but follow them on social media. Upon seeing some special cookies I wanted for my grandchildren who were coming to visit, I asked to order a few. It turned out that they were not available, but instead of simply informing me of that, the owner got in touch to offer that the kids could come in and do a pretzel dipping session. I was thrilled to have a little surprise for them. But that wasn't all--the ladies donned costumes for the Alice in Wonderland theme and gave the kids a magical experience. I was truly blown away by how much they put into making it fun and engaging. The old bank vault is absolutely beautiful. The kids went in and put on costumes themselves, posing for tea party pics and checking out the various Wonderland-themed features. These ladies are truly the sweetest and created a highlight of our grandchildren's visit! Now I need to go back for ice cream. Highly recommend!

I Both were good. I was going to get hard ice cream but the counter girl didn't seem to know which ice creams were GF, so I opted for soft serve instead. The outdoor seating is good. Clean and I appreciate that I was able to dine with my dog on a leash. Overall, Carrier's Mainely Lobster was mediocre.
