Came to this smoke shop as one of the first stops on my vacation. We got our goodies, and all we needed was some glass. Called ahead of time to make sure they have what I was looking for. When I arrived I was helped immediately and was shown what I wanted. I picked a piece in my price change. Upon check out the cashier noticed the down stem was broken so they tried to find a replacement, they were out of stock on any that down stems for this size so we settled for one that barely fit, that was fine for me, even though it had about half an inch protruding from the down stem. Fast forward to 6 hours later we arrive at Estes park And unpacked our luggage and finally get some time to relax. My wife and I start to have our session, and no longer then 15 min into it the shaft of the bong literally separates from just picking it up (as seen in pictures). We were so disappointed to have paid for this when we'd typically get something a lot better quality for this price (California). Understanding the way a business works is key for me as I own my own business, so I call immediately in the morning when they open and explained the situation to the manger. The only thing the man was able to do was ask me to bring it in for a "possible discount". When I tried explaining the situation and telling him I was over a hour away he told me it's too bad, and that he's the highest associate I can talk to as far as management. I can't talk to the owner, not even leave my phone number so she can contact me. I even offered to email the same photos so I did not have to travel an hour just so they could "maybe see if they could do something for me". This isn't a normal circumstance so I was hoping they would get in touch with me to see what we can do, but they clearly can't work with you once they have your money, remember all sales are final lmao. So my boyfriend and I walk in because we are in search of a new dependable location to go regularly for juice as I just recently broke up with my previous vape shop due to lack of good customer service (Vapor Jungle on Colfax) and I'm surprised that walking in there was a tiny section for vaping and vape supplies off to the left everything else was designated for tobacco sales! Weird! It was mostly a head shop! Besides that we see two guys at the vape counter one sitting hanging out and the other working behind the counter so I see a small wall of juices behind him and I look up staring and say to the guy " we need juice" now in my mind I'm just lost because I have never been here before and I don't know what I'm looking at. Maybe though the man working thought I was rude because all he said was .... "ok". So I looked at him and said "so I like desert flavors with a cream base and fruity flavors as well" thinking that he will suggest something or a few things that are delicious and he says ...." there's a book over there". Wow man ok I see you won't be helping me today. So then my boyfriend asks if they have anything in a 1.5 and he says "a few"....... so we ask " which ones" and he points us to some page in the book so I scroll down and ask if they have this yummy sounding lime strawberry cheesecake flavor, he looks at the page and says "that has a line through it . Anything in there with a line through it we don't carry anymore" like 75% of the page was crossed off!..... So you have nothing then? I'm thinking in my head but my boyfriend just finally asks "what's your best juice" he points us to this slushy stuff and tells us that it's amazing and it's flying off the shelf and that's what he was currently vaping! There we 2 slushy versions, the blue and the red but They didn't have any testers so he just took he cap off his personal vape and let us taste it (it was the red)! He promoted that they designed the juice with 3 fruit flavors that change as you vape the juice! Sounded exciting so we walked out with 2 60ml bottles one a 0 and the other a 3 so we could mix them to make a 1.5. Only downside was they were out of the red in a 3 so we had to get one blue and one red! Ugh! By the end of it we got the kid to open up to us and try to get his expertise on what he had in stock but it was like pulling teeth! He had a little bit of an attitude the dude sitting at the counter had a major attitude as well and I think he also worked there! We asked if they had the coils we needed and they did but they were 10$ more for a 3 pack than Vapor Jungle like fuck!!!!! Oh well I really needed juice we gave it a shot.... probably won't be back! Go elsewhere for better knowledgeable staff, better juice flavors, options and prices! Last side note... the juice does what it says, it doesn't taste the same everything you hit it but it's just ok! read more

This place sold me a mod for which it doesn't supply coils for. They promised me two weeks in a row they would have the coils. They sold me a different tank for which two of the coils were defective. I asked for a refund of al this or at least some store credit and they wouldn't budge. Anyway I disputed the entire two transactions that I made there. Good luck with that chief. I am fairly new to vaping and they were able walk me through a little bit. The staff that I spoke to didn't seem to know much about the mods or atomizer that I was interested in. I bought my things and left. The rating went up to 4 stars because my mod had a short and took it back. The manager was nice enough to replace my mod and let me keep the old one.
