John from Stone Improvement did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this business. I sent John some photos of staining and cracked grout in our master marble shower. He provided a fixed price in his prompt response. On the day of the appointment, he was on time, very professional and his work exceeded my expectations. We had another company come out to do this work in previous years and this is the first time the bathroom shower looked dramatically better. Some before and after photos below. Also loved that receipt was electronic and payment via credit card online was possible. Easy.

Provided I clean grout and tile as they recommended (no more Tilex), the renewal should last another 15-20 years.

No one explained finish options or discussed durability. This was my first time refinishing floors, so I didn't even know I had to ask. Had finish options been explained, I would have chosen and paid for a more protective finish. That conversation never happened. This matters because the floors have since taken on water damage. A single leak ended up ruining a large portion of the kitchen, which made it clear that the finish was not very protective. These are not the hard wood floors you grew up with. This finish is a joke. At first I thought them must have forgotten to add finish. It should be more resilient than this, and water left for longer than 30 seconds damages the floor. When I asked for help matching the small area of new flooring, the company said they couldn't find any and offered no alternatives or solutions. So I have regular wood on some spots just to have a floor. I'm not a perfectionist so they could have at least offered suggestions on close matching floor. It's literally wood in some places, not hard wood. The floors need to be completely redone again. Thousands of dollars wasted
