I have done google reviews in the past and they keep removing them somehow. If you have ever been disappointed with a contractor, double it with these hacks. DO NOT USE THIS GUYS. They sent teenagers out and when it was lunchtime, they thought it was necessary to sit on my patio furniture and get glue all over it. I have contacted the owner on several occasions and she will not reach out to me. I am truly surprised they haven't shut down and started another version under another name. Keith is scared to meet me to show him the mess. He only deals with women so he can avoid men at all costs. DO NOT USE GARBAGE MAGIC.

Between flooding the underside of our home due to not properly backfilling (pictured below) to installing a grinder pump on a bathroom and kitchen and it failing evey six months... they went from promising us the grinder is strong enough to grind anything and everything to today where they said, and I quote, "you shouldn't flush even toilet paper down those pumps and instead throw the toilet paper in a trash can". They screen my call, my husbands calls, and even the guys they sent to "fix" the problem. It's a mess, unprofessional, and costing us thousands of dollars to fix.

MBR Actually STANDS behind theirs. Also, they are incredibly trustworthy when evaluating foundations. I have always recommended independent, 3rd party structural engineers to my buyers so that they would know a foundation company wasn't trying to push unwarranted repairs on them. Now, I recommended they use Will with MBR. He's honest when there's not a problem. True current story... I have a listing and we handed over a foundation warranty to the buyers. Turns out, the warranty was NOT in effect because... refer back to my first paragraph. Now we had a problem to fix. Spoke to the buyers' agent and turns out, MBR was her trusted company too! Will came out was able to offer a warranty on the previous work. Having someone we BOTH trusted was absolutely essential to keeping this deal together. MBR is one of the ONLY foundations companies I actually trust.

I called as we were leaving another shop and Rosa offered to even give me a price quote over the phone so we would have an idea of what they would charge. I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

I don't understand how this company thinks that can treat a long time client this way. I've seen this step-by-step getting worse with this company. I would not recommend them and them to anyone.

They do not come out to your home for measurements until you are definite about purchasing. Quotes are done over the phone, so make sure you measure twice so you can have a rough estimate of price. From choosing the granite (on a Saturday) to installment (a couple days later on Wednesday) the process was super quick! My only complaint would be that my floors were left really dusty. But dust was to be expected because of the adjustments that had to be made to fit the sink I had purchased. It is a family business and everyone is friendly and professional. The owner of Elite Flooring, Kevin Clement, assured me that he could repair the damaged area to look like new and that he could add the additional flooring to an exact match of my existing wood floors. He quoted me a very reasonable price and gave me an accurate start date. His crews were very well supervised, friendly, and clean cut. They were clearly knowledgeable and sealed off the work areas and air conditioning vents with plastic sheeting to eliminate the spread of sawdust residue throughout the house. Used this company several times. Disregard those 1-star reviews, clearly authored by people who had…read morea hard childhood (I'm sorry) and are using this platform as their therapy. I've easily had 25+ countertops installed by this company over the years. They have fabricated several tabletops for me as well. The countertop seams are always perfect, even on top of flawed cabinetry. The back and sidesplashes always turned out well, despite some really wavy sheetrock. Not quite sure how they pulled this off.

My wife and I had a horrible experience with Moreno Granite & Marble Co. Our experience was so…read moreterrible that we filed a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We also reported the company to Anji. Our last contact with Moreno was through the BBB in November. The quality of their product was very poor. There were scratches and oil stains embedded in the Vicostone Super White Quartz (style BQ21) kitchen counters that we purchased from them. The craftsmanship of Moreno's install was also poor. They improperly installed the undermount sink that we purchased from them. Then damaged the sink to make it fit. We were without water in our kitchen for two weeks. We paid $5,756 for the product and install. After the install was complete, we contacted Moreno Management and requested a walk through to share our concerns. Mr. Edward Ligon is the Moreno Mgr. that oversaw our project. He agreed to perform a walk thru. But never came out to our house. He misled us for months believing he would. Once we realized Moreno company was dishonest, we reported them to the BBB. To address the issues Moreno Management offered to remove the counters we purchased from them and replace them with our counters they removed. The offer was not realistic. Moreno disposed of our counters when they removed them. Moreno Co. did not offer a warranty for their product. They also did not offer a warranty for their work. They also did not provide care instructions for their product. They also did not conduct a walkthrough of their completed work. My wife and I are military veterans who recognize the value of labor. As such, we tipped the Moreno laborers that installed our kitchen counters for their hard work. But our experience was horrible. Sincerely, Mark W. Brown
