I see lots of wood and reeds, carefully arranged to give the impression that I have walked in off the street of small town Iowa and into someone's private hunting club. Frankly, it's a quirky ambiance. With that said, while it wasn't my cup of tea, the food was actually pretty tasty if not particularly special. I had the ribs and wings combo (bourbon sauce on both) and the soup of the day: chicken tortilla. The soup was actually quite good, but the wings were a tad dry. The ribs were fine--reminded me of Famous Dave's. The wait staff were friendly but not all that attentive. We waited a long time for the bill and drink refills. Give it a try if you are passing through and want to skip the 100th Pizza Ranch seen on the trip.

From the outside, it just looks like an older brick storefront on their main street, but once inside, it has such a cute eclectic coffee shop vibe that is putting out really good food in addition to coffee. I opted for their Panini that had ham, brie, and apple with a cup of tomato bisque. My colleague got the curried chicken salad on croissant (both our sandwiches were the half size!) with a cup of potato and carrot soup. A couple of the people we were with got their flatbread pizzas, which also sounded and looked delicious.
