There is usually no wait when I make it to my appointment and they always pair you with the same dental tech so you can get more comfortable and acquainted with the person you are working with. It's located in a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. I can't think of my dental techs name but she always does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and Dr, Nicole Ochoa comes right behind her with the exams to make sure all is well. She then says the system is down so unable to give a quote??? If I had known the first appointment is for an assessment of your teeth/gums only, I would not have come here. Their dental staff is actually nice and the office is lovely, but their front desk and scheduling folks are terrible to work with and completely unsupportive and honestly, they're pricing is very high even with my insurance covering the majority of services. As they simply are too busy to schedule patients for months at a time, I highly recommend that they no longer accept new patients until their staffing is improved.
