The procedure was quick and I was notified there was a 10 day healing process and I would most likely not be able to work. My jaws were swollen, gum hanging which was all normal due to the surgery. Due to me being out of work for over a week my HR notified me that the dentist office would have to fill out an FMLA paper stating the procedure and down time.We faxed the paperwork over Tuesday on May 12 only to say they weren't receiving it. I had to call back the next day to find out they didn't receive it because no call was made to me. I notified them everyday it was for my job so I can KEEP my job and still get paid because I do have bills as well. We sent it over and over again and Friday May 15 was the final straw. I was able to send it to the front receptionist and she immediately received it and forwarded it to Dr. Halls team. I was notified by Tiffane( after i contacted her myself again) that his team stated they aren't able to fill it out. It states on the GADOL (Georgia Department of Labor) " Yes, an oral surgeon can fill out FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) paperwork. Under federal guidelines, the Department of Labor classifies dentists and oral surgeons as authorized "health care providers" eligible to certify medical conditions for leave. I don't understand why he isn't able to nor have I been getting the proper treatment. I paid my money like everyone else and unfortunately I'm only 24 years so I do have a long working history ahead of me. All I want is to be able to go back to work but I can't until I receive this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I canceled my treatment plan and do not plan to go back.

Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. That said, I'll continue coming to Princeton Dental because the overall experience remains the best in the area. And wherever Kelly is, I sincerely hope she's doing well.

All of my emails were well before the date of her appointment. And why could I never get any sort of email response. How could you just finally tell me you don't have to respond. I had no idea if they were even getting the messages. I kept trying the ways I could. How do you manage an office by telling someone they don't have to respond to your email. This decision is not a reflection of the dentist or the clinical care, which has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.
