I then proceeded with the root canal where they said I will be brought back in for a second appointment when they will the permanent crown once it delivers.(They put a temporary in my mouth that ended up breaking in 24 hrs). Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.

This was my daughters second time to the dentist (7 years old) post COVID and the first visit with another provider wasn't that great so she was scared going in and had a lot of questions! Ms. Melissa, the Dental Hygienist made her feel so comfortable and even complimented her and encouraged her through out the entire x-ray process, sensing that she was a bit uneasy. There were no tears and lots of smiles once she was done. After the routine X-rays we went to the cleaning room to do her routine cleaning and we got to meet Dr. Natasha Gates. She was so pleasant and let us know what was working and what we could improve on with her oral health also making sure my daughter understood her responsibility to her brushing and keeping a great smile.
