5 stars if Gerardo is your day of coordinator!!! First things first - this venue is so beautiful and perfect. There are 2 sides & we chose the side with the red brick reception area and it truly was perfect. When we initially toured the venue we worked with Katie and then all of our subsequent planning meetings were with her up until our very last meeting 10 days prior to the venue. She is very knowledgable, but can be impatient and a bit snappy at times, especially if you ask questions or don't quite understand what she means the first time she says it. My husband and I felt this was somewhat off-putting, but rolled with it anyways because what are you gonna do? Our final meeting 10 days before the wedding we worked with the 1st person outside of Katie, and it was Gerardo. Gerardo is INCREDIBLE. He was patient, kind, and really went the extra mile to ensure we not only understood all of the moving parts but also felt comfortable and excited about the most special day of our lives. We asked him if he could be our day of coordinator and he arranged it so we actually worked with him at both our rehearsal and our wedding day. He is the reason this review is 5 stars. On the day of our wedding we had an issue with the arch we had rented and when he came to tell me about it he already had a solution so all I had to do was OK the course correction instead of problem solve a stressful situation on my wedding day. Our banquet captain was also incredible (I can't remember her name but we connected over Fourth Wing the book - she'll know who she is!) and really took care of us after Gerardo left. We also utilized the DJ and bartender provided by the venue. Our DJ was great, but our bartender was super drunk and taking shots in front of my guests when he should have been serving them. Probably something the venue could look into to prevent the next couple/guests from having to deal with that. All in all, the day was more beautiful and fun than I could have ever imagined, and I am really thankful we were able to work with Gerardo and our amazing banquet captain because they really went above and beyond! read more

Stonebridge Manor was the perfect venue for the wedding we attended this week. The whole event was such a great mix of beautiful and classy while still being incredibly fun. The DJ was epic, the food was delicious, and everything felt really well organized. The staff was helpful, professional, and clearly great at what they do, which made the whole evening run so smoothly. We arrived a few hours early to get ready and take photos before the ceremony and he was always checking in on our son and his groomsmen as well as the bride and her bridesmaids just to see if there was anything they needed. He communicated well with everyone as far as the timeframe and where everyone needed to be. Wow, where do I even start. Not only was this venue breathtaking and gorgeous, but the staff and process was incredible. From day 1, we felt like we were in good hands through the wedding planning process all the way up to the day of the wedding. Stonebridge by Wedgewood staff was organized and had amazing vendors. We want to give a special shout out to Madison who was our day of coordinator as well as Gerrardo who was the banquet manger that took care of us the rest of the night. Madison made the morning stress free and she made sure everything was perfect for us. She was amazing and incredibly accommodating! We couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. Gerrardo at the end of the night was amazing, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I can not say enough good things about this venue and their team. We live in Illinois and they did such a good job of providing all the info we needed via meetings and emails that kept us organized and on track. They also take care of so much on their end so we could focus on personalizing the little things to make it unique. Anytime we had a question we could call or text and would get a timely response. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and easy to work with. Doing the wedding planning process long distance seems stressful that they made it as easy as possible. As for the day of the wedding, the presentation of everything far exceeded in my already high hopes and expectations. The venue is beautiful and very well taken care of, They did such a great job arranging everything and making everything go smoothly. Everyone loved the food, The day of coordinators were on top of everything, All of the vendors that they work with are so great and know each other so it all went perfect. Stonebridge manor was more than a dream! From the moment we toured in July of '21 to our wedding on December 2nd, 2022 they were so easy to plan and communicate with. They let us do everything we wanted from our decorations with lit candles to our grand exit. We got the pleasure of having Andrea as our day of coordinator and she was so sweet and was willing to walk up to anyone with their phone out during the ceremony! Great Wedding Or Event Avenue! We visited here for a wedding reception last week and found it to be a rather surprisingly great spot to hold the vent. The grounds are very well-maintained with lush grass and beautiful trees. The building is also very appealing. This is sort of the nice country club feel as far as the atmosphere here. They have a big parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking and it is easy to find with your GPS in the car. LOL Since we were guests of the wedding reception I don't have any information on what it costs to go here or dealing with the people who run the facility only what I experienced as a guest. read more

There is not enough space given to convey our experience. This venue crushed it. Our wedding day was not only beautiful, but we could not have had a better experience anywhere else. The grounds for these events are just gorgeous. You feel like you have stepped out of the valley for a moment. We got married in the garden and it did not disappoint. The staff did an amazing job taking care of us from the second we chose this venue all the way up to our grand exit. The day of, our wedding our coordinator Molly, set up my our vision seamlessly and then hustled her tail off for the rest of the night to accommodate us. She must have made 20+ trips up and down those stairs. Our banquet captain Gerardo never missed a beat making sure that we were taken care of all night. He even ran out to congratulate and thank us one more time as we were leaving. Our guests loved every detail and moment of our event, and we owe that to Stonebridge and their incredible team. My only feedback, and this does deter me from giving 5+ stars, was the tipping etiquette pdf we received with our final paperwork before the wedding. We both have service industry backgrounds so tipping is not ever an issue for us. However, the doc suggested we tip literally everyone we had working our event. On top of the dollar amount spent to host a wedding, adding tipping to this was overwhelming. We did tip the majority, but there were a few that did not receive gratuity directly from us. The doc made me feel a good deal of pressure and some guilt in the end. I feel they could have left that out or made us aware of the expectation and built those tips into our agreement. I am beyond impressed with the communication and help during the months leading up to our big day. They answered all of my questions and worked with me on all of my ideas to make sure everything went accordingly. Madison was very organized in preparing our day and making sure everything was to our liking, and was always checking in on both of us! So the venue was beautiful but don't attempt a July wedding outdoors. As beautiful as the setting and surroundings were it was smoldering outside. So we were all relieved after the prenuptials were said and we expected to go back indoors and we did for a while but then dinner was served outdoors in a tented area with swamp coolers, still too hot. My salad which was a Ceasars salad was wilted. This salad should have been served as we sat and not before because this is a delicate salad that wilts after dressing is added anyhow. I felt as if everything was rushed, kept to a strict regime. The only other complaint was that staffing was lean. After dinner my plate was not cleared right away. One person was bussing tables. Unheard of. Beautiful for winter, fall and spring but not summer unless everything is indoors. read more

Corporate wedding experience with little choices. The grounds are beautiful and that is what you're paying for. The rest leaves much to be desired. Can't pick your catering or even taste the food they force you to use before the wedding. They don't let you select your plated food choice ie. steak or salmon. They give you half a piece of each on the same plate as if that's somehow better. Can't provide your own alcohol either. The whole experience is subbed out to their preferred vendors. Some like the DJ were great but others are just basic. I wanted to love getting married here but we just felt like it's become very corporate and money focused. I get it's a business but they turn and burn out two weddings a night, just on different sides of the house. Then kick you out promptly with all your belongings right at 10 on the dot so they can clean up and go. read more

I looked at several Wedgewood locations, but as soon as I saw this one, tears came to my eyes and I knew it was the one. The venue is excellent at getting you through the process. I honestly feel like it was a pretty stress-free process (aside from dealing with my RSVPs). They had all vendors selected (except photographer), who, for the most part, reached out to me, so I didn't have to do any research or really planning of my own. The vendors were great to work with. I feared because it was a package deal, that I would somehow get less service, but that wasn't the case at all. This place is higher cost, but I found the lack of stress and ease of process well worth it. Honestly, after seeing all that we received for the cost, it really was quite reasonable. Day of our wedding, everything went smooth as butter. I didn't have to think or worry about anything because the venue/vendors had it all covered. I just showed up and enjoyed. The venue was excellent at catering to us and checking in to make sure we were ok. My guests thought the venue was absolutely gorgeous, food was excellent, and I heard from a lot it was the best/most fun wedding they had been to. The atmosphere had my 96 year old Nanna up and dancing. She is in early stages of dementia, but she was having the time of her life and didn't want to leave. The next day she was all smiles and the wedding is all she can talk about. This made my whole wedding and gave myself and her a beautiful memory that I will cherish for a lifetime. read more

We haven't had our wedding yet but we are four months out and have been extremely impressed so far with the planning process and communication of the staff. The venue is stunning and it was a no brainer in selecting it just off of beauty. Another aspect that went into our decision to go with Stonebridge was the initial interaction with Christy. She was welcoming and so easy to talk with.... she didn't make me feel like I had a mold to fit into as a bride and I hadn't experienced that at any of the other venues we had visited. We just finished our big planning meeting earlier this week and the experience was so easy compared to what I thought it would be. We were able to express what we wanted and we found the best way to execute our vision without compromising anything. Their preferred vendors are amazing and would be the top choice for any event.
