The week before this cleaning, I went to dental office and asked receptionist to make a note on our file "not to add any additional CHARGES that were not paid for by our insurance company". After receiving bill, went to office & was told it had NOT been added to file & she mentioned "as you see employees were no longer There. I don't believe in inflating customer bills without their acceptance of procedure & pricing. NOT HAPPY!

After doing our own research, we found Dr. Burtner, who was in-network and had excellent reviews. The difference in service and patient care was night and day. The Center wasn't willing to send over my son's panoramic X-ray, so Dr. Burtner's office simply took a new one at no cost. They pulled it up right away and walked us through his case, the procedure, and the risks in detail -- something that never happened at the Center. On the day of surgery, the staff let me stay with my son until he was fully asleep, then called me back to sit with him as soon as he was out and starting to wake up. With my older son (treated elsewhere), I wasn't given that option at all -- he was simply wheeled out to the car still half-asleep. Overall, a great experience, and we're so glad we made the switch.
