I have fillings 20 years old that never had to be touched again yet I'm getting more work done to fix their work than anything in under a year of being a new patient. I work in the Dental field that's not common; it is indicative of subpar work. They once told myndaughter that her teeth are hard to floss because the fillings they did are so big. Just in the office twice in the last 6 months, once complaining of pain in the area where they performed a root canal and they said they didn't see anything wrong but all of a sudden just yesterday my child needs a root canal of the tooth behind the previous one. Dr. Rosenthal must've gotten offended that I had questions about how this could be since we were just there with concerns about the area because the next day the office manager calls and dimisses us from the practice. We were already going to go somewhere else because of the pattern of bad dental work.

Are you kidding me?????? Way too far from our home. Horribly inconvenient but my husband pushed through. They removed my husband's braces. They never put a permanent retainer on his top teeth. My orthodontist whose office is in Bexley says that's a no no for someone who had as much correction as my husband. Welp no top retainer. They put on a bottom retainer. My husband's bottom row of teeth is beginning to fold inward. I'm not even sure how this would happen. They are shaping up to be worse than before. Needless to say he will have to once again get braces. Maybe this time he'll listen and use a private practice versus ​​a chain location.

I am so happy to have found Perimeter. They took the time to listen to my dental history and were sensitive to my nervousness about dentist. The tech was wonderful and asked about my comfort throughout the cleaning. The dentist was lovely and friendly. Even the receptionist was exceptional. The entire experience helped start to heal the PTSD I carry from past poor dental experiences. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to cancel a scheduled appointment after I already blocked off my calendar and used PTO from work. My first visit they told me I have FIVE cavities, which was strange…read morebecause I never drink sugary beverages or eat sweets, I use a mechanical toothbrush and floss after each meal, I use a mouth guard at night, I get regular cleanings every 6 months, and generally have excellent dental hygiene. I got a second opinion from another dentist, who said my teeth were perfect. Well, I got the fillings anyways just to be safe (over $600 after insurance) Six months later, on my next visit, they had another dentist look at my teeth, and this time she said I needed 6 more fillings!! Again I got a second opinion, and once again, they said I have no cavities! I should have noticed the red flags when they tried to sell me everything right away, from wisdom tooth removal (mine are completely perfect from enamel to bone) to special toothpastes to mouth guards (I told them repeatedly I have one already). Avoid these guys they act like a shady mechanic trying to sell repairs that you don't need
