The club has a real community feel, it's exactly what we were looking for. The pool is tucked away within the Sherwood Forest Neighborhood; a few blocks from Westover Elementary School. There is so much to do at Robinhood, we find ourselves there even when it's not quite warm enough for swimming. Take your pick from the tennis court, beach volleyball, basketball court, or ping pong table. Through the grassy field with the big tree is more fun with a playground set complete with swing and slide, frisbee golf, and tetherball. After checking in at the front desk, you enter the club through the separate "locker" rooms where you will find changing areas with curtains, bathroom stalls, showers, and cubbies. Exit through here and you see the expanse of the swimming pool and all it has to offer! Diving boards, water slide, lap lanes, pool basketball, and lots more. There is a baby pool for the little ones neighboring the play-area. The shallow end is great for the kids as they're getting more comfortable in the water. When the staff turns the fountains on here it's even more fun! The property has tons of space to spread out; picnic tables, umbrella patio tables, lounge chairs, covered pavilions, or just spread out a blanket or towel. Your family can participate in swim lessons, numerous social events (for grown-ups and kids!), bbqs, movie nights, etc. The pool office doubles as the "snack bar" where they have crunchies, ice cream, and drinks for purchase. We like to bring a picnic lunch or have Dominoes deliver dinner. The staff is there to keep everyone safe and they do a great job. We follow the rules but always ask if we have questions. They are attentive, are service oriented- have been able to accommodate our challenging schedule needs. Therapists are all very energetic and enthusiastic, and our kid loves coming here. Facilities seem great. Front desk staff are very attentive and kind. Being in healthcare I have to say they are doing an amazing job. There are so many limitations and restrictions and things that get in the way of a patient and getting what they need.
