Been looking for a better pizza in our area. Finally found STONER's on Dale Mabry. I'm from NJ and haven't been satisfied with any around here till I found them. there's a few table but I think a lot of Take Out"! they have 3 different style crust. we got the thin. will try the tossed next time. I was instantly intrigued when I learned that there is a pizza place in the area called "Stoner's Pizza Joint." I also can't believe they don't have any reviews yet! I immediately texted my friend when I saw the sign off Dale Mabry and he was also intrigued...so much so that he ordered it for take-out that same night. A couple of nights later (tonight) we were packing up his apartment and decided to get delivery via UberEats. We ordered the Pep-N-Rollies, which is essentially an appetizer of baked dough consisting of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. It comes with garlic butter and marinara sauce, but I didn't try any of it (my friends swears it's amazing). We also ordered a large, hand-tossed pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, which was delicious! I like that they have different crust options, including NY hand-tossed (which is thinner crust), and an even thinner flatbread crust. We did not go for the latter options but I would definitely order from them again to try the other pizzas/wings. No idea, completely no idea why 5 stars, that's the primary reason I'm trying to put an honest review here. This food is college level food, dominos is far better. I was hopeful for Italian level food but this was as college pizza as it gets I'm afraid. Sorry, if you like that stuff where they mask the bad taste with grated cheese and salt sprinkled over it. Stoner's is our new GO TO for weekly pizza delivery. Our favorites include a hand tossed pizza, garlic knots, boneless wings, and the half baked peanut butter cookies. Get the ranch with everything as it's the best in town. We love the theme, the food, and the service. Legalize the marinara! read more

Decided to try something new. I was hopeful this would be a new pizza spot for the family, unfortunately it is not. I honestly could not tell the difference between Stoners pizza and papa John's. Dough tasted the same. Garlic butter looked different but tasted the same. Honestly I don't know how garlic and butter can taste different in there defense. The toppings were very skimpy. Only about 11/2 pepperonis a slice. Was hard to find or taste the onions and mushrooms. Not trying to slam a local business, and if you're considering trying I say give a shot. For me it was just another pizza joint similar to several in the area. read more

College level pizza it's okay not to impress by it but I will say there cookies are amazing so maybe try there pizza. But only would get there cookies again, good service and nice place read more

WOW! Tampa needed a pizza spot this good!! Awesome deals if your order through them instead of uber or doordash. Large pizza, an appetier, desert, and 2 liter for less than $30 and was enough to feed the whole family. The customer service is amazing from the minute you walk in the door. Store was very clean.
