I lived in New York City for a long time. A one thing I missed was the pizza of course. I don't know where these people are from. I don't know how they do it, but this is fantastic! I always judge a place that serves pizza by just a plain cheese pizza. I can't even really talk about this without my mouth watering. The cheese top notch, the crust perfectly crispy the sauce must've been a old family recipe or something. I am almost sad that I live so close because I've put on a few pounds because of this place. The staff is wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious and in all honesty I do not go anywhere else in Tampa for my pizza because I don't want to be sad. 100% all the way around this is New York City Pizza. I read great reviews here on this place and decided to give it a try. I originally planned on going in to pick it up, but I saw it on DoorDash and ordered it there instead. I ordered the 1/2 16 inch. I got half supreme and half white pie. It was cool. It wasn't bad at all. I would definitely give them another try. read more

The owner seems a bit unhinged who has little to no ability to take accountability for his own actions, seeing many other responses to customers reviews on Google and in here alongside mine I think is what's indicative of that. Maybe he just doesn't know how to make a hawaiian without it being utter rubbish, if so he should probably remove it from the menu. I'm giving a 4 because I feel like you can never expect a to go experience to be the best a restaurant has to offer, and my calzone was great. But we ordered delivery from there last night, and my husband's pizza seemed to have been cooked in the fires of Mordor. He could only eat about 1/3 of it and had to toss the rest. They also packed ranch dressing in the same box as this insanely hot pizza, so it was warm and gross by the time it arrived. I never understand when places pack salads/cold ingredients that way. Maybe we'll try again for dine in. read more

My friend loves Reziero's and insisted I give the pizza another try so we did. I ordered a large pie, which was huge. The pizza was cooked perfectly and had the proper balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. The crust is still a little off for me, but that could be the Florida factor. Overall, it's still a great tasting pizza. I really like that the owner reached out to me. He clearly cares about his business and his product. Totally disappointed. For $70 and an overall 4.7 rating I expect WAY better. The pizza was cold which I'll say I could have picked it up sooner okay. The garlic knots were BURNT. And so so small.... The cannolis were not only soggy but didn't even have chocolate chips like the picture showed. We were in the area the other day and wanted Pizza and read the reviews on this place and we're glad we did..very friendly staff and delicious Pizza...we were going to eat in but did not have time so carried out a Medium Cheese Pizza, 20 inch Half Onion and Olive and Meatball Sub..got paper plates and napkins and tried a piece of the Cheese Pizza before driving away and it was Delicious...everything else was as well even after a long journey home and warming it up it was sooooo good...Meatballs were delicious and Sub was perfect...they have tables and chairs inside to eat in or take out... read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I ordered a pizza and not only was my order completely wrong, but when I called to get it fixed, the guy I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of solution, he acted like it was my fault. It's one thing to mess up an order that happens but treating a paying customer with attitude on top of it is unacceptable. Between the poor service and the lack of basic customer respect, I won't be ordering from Rezieros again. There are plenty of other pizza spots that know how to treat people right. read more

I'm not sure what went wrong here but over 60% of our order was horrible. We ordered a half spicy pepperoni pizza half burrata, cheese pizza, and garlic knots. The only thing that tasted normal was the cheese pizza. The pepperoni pizza had some weird cheese that didn't melt (it was globbed on the top and thick but not cheesy like mozzarella) and the burrata pizza literally was like thin cardboard with a whole branch of basil overcooked on the top of one slice. The garlic knots were completely raw in the middle and inedible. We've been here at least 5 times before and they seem to be getting worse the more we come. I think this will officially be our last visit! read more

This review is for delivery. I ordered via DoorDash. The food arrived piping hot, although a few minutes later than expected. We ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni, half supreme, and an order of plain wings with bleu cheese sauce. The pizza was good when fresh. The crust was crispy on the bottom but still chewy and foldable. The toppings were good. The chicken was crispy, and the wings were all of a good size. The bleu cheese dressing was pretty awful, so I'd recommend trying the ranch. The next morning, my kids enjoyed their pizza cold, but my husband complained that his reheated pizza tasted bad, like the cheese quality was poor. All in all, maybe not the best pizza in South Tampa, but a decent option if you're on the southeast side of the peninsula. read more

We had a great experience here. My coworkers and I decided to stop by during lunch and enjoyed their 2 slice & a drink combo for 7.99. We also ordered wings, mozzarella sticks and a meatball sub. Everything was tasty and cooked well. The wings were huge, saucy and cooked all the way through. The meatballs and marina sauce were seasoned perfectly. I really enjoyed the bread they use for the sandwich. It was soft and chewy. The prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend stopping by. Surprising hidden gem I drive by every day! Stopped with a buddy who I hadn't seen in probably 20 years for lunch. Got the special, two slices and a drink for $8. Got a white pizza and a cheese slice. Pizza was delicious, crust was crispy, not greasy. The white was good but I should've gotten two slices of cheese, when it ain't broke don't fix it! We did takeout and it was fantastic. We are recent transplants... from the faraway land of Gulfport/St. Pete. We relocated to south Tampa in the spring and have not had great luck with pizza. We were used to Central, Paulo's, Tuttorosa's, Tommy's... ALL the pizza. We are, admittedly, kind of pizza snobs and we have tried everything recommended in the area. We actually tried Cappy's our first weekend, whose old location is where this is located. I have great respect for all family owned places, but Cappy's simply wasn't for us. Our family are long term Florida residents all but we like our pizza with flavor, not Cici's kind of party. This is an awesome addition to the neighborhood. We did have to go in to order as the phones were being forwarded to a voicemail that wasn't set up, but they are new. The growing pains are WELL worth it. It was fantastic. I am not certain if I want to give 5 stars. However, without question, I give Reziero's somewhere between 4.6-4.9 stars! I will be honest, I was very hesitant to try Reziero's. I grew up eating at the original Chubbys. I continued eating there for years after original owners sold it. Then I had a few bad experiences and wanted nothing to do with the establishment. So, while I was excited to see a new restaurant pop up.....i felt I would let others try it first. Well, silly me. First time we ordered a large cheese with half pepperoni pizza. My son is the true decision maker in this house when it comes to pizza.m. I was very excited when he gave it two thumbs up because I am a huge fan! Fast forward a few weeks, my 90 years old father told me he wanted pizza. I ordered two pizzas - one supreme and one half cheese half pepperoni. My son informed me this will be his new go-to for pizza. ***this is huge news.** All in all- I really enjoy the pizza. My only criticism is that the crust has been a little more well done on certain sides of pizza. When reheating, it doesn't hold up well. FYI: I have taken slices - vacuum sealed them- froze them - reheated and they taste great_ other than the end crust_ that has already been overcooked. I am excited to try the white pizza next.
