He listened to the ideas we had for the design of the yard and gave some suggestions without being pushy. He met us at the store that sold the material and helped us choose the stone and color for the look we were trying to achieve. The work was done in a short amount of time without it being rushed through and in spite of the fact that we were newbie's at this and had ideas that didn't always work. We were so pleased with the end result that we immediately had the driveway and front walkway done as well as the area around the driveway pedestrian gate. Roger's reasonable price allowed us to complete that job as well and, like the backyard, was sorely needed. That job was also done in less than a week. Our salesman Jay was very easy to deal with, was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of our property and our new driveway looks amazing. Joseph, one of the supervisors was terrific and made sure that everything was going as promised and promptly addressed any concerns we had. I did not hear back from Ismael so I sent another text on Monday, 3/01/21 and he said he would have the design and estimate by Wednesday, 3/03/21. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. Not even the courtesy of a call or text. Very poor customer service.
