This place has everything you need and then some to hit your goals- especially with all new equipment! They have showers, free weights, squat area, treadmills, cycling, rowing machine, and more. They have things I never even used in a gym before. What more do you need? This place is where I come to get away. I feel comfortable and welcomed. I love how there are many familiar faces in the gym, where it feels like I am part of a community and not just some large corporate owned place.
