I have to tell you I was extremely impressed with the quality of the vehicles, and most importantly, the honesty of the salesman, Ed, with whom I was dealing. I would highly recommend this dealership in the future. Well, the car I bought is 15 years old, and of course has some defects, says any vehicle of that age well. They were quite responsive to addressing some of the safety concerns so that I brought to their attention and accommodating in all respects, I would, in the future if necessary, consider going back to purchase another vehicle there and highly recommend it. Worst dealership I've worked with EVER! Got a SUV for my wife. 2 days after purchasing the check engine light came on. Took the truck back Monday morning, they assured us it will be ready the next day. Tuesday comes, after multiple calls between my wife and myself asking for an update on the vehicle. We were constantly told they were not sure if the part ever came in and had no way of checking. After the last phone call the owner screamed at me over the phone. I then went in person being greeted by a angry owner telling me to F off get the F out and he's not going to give me the vehicle that's already registered and insured legally to me. After a screaming match him threatening to get physical and calling the police, he realized he was wrong thinking we put a hold one the car not knowing we already own it and he's obligated by law to fix it. At that point he became very apologetic but the damage was done and he showed his true colors. The owner speaks English, French, and Lebanese Arabic fluently - this was helpful for me as a French Native. He is very kind, and it really feels like he has your best interest at heart. His assistant Amir is great as well - he has extensive technical knowledge of auto mechanics and can help you with any question you have. They also have the ability to fix small mechanic issues with your car. I pointed out that a part of my car's bumper was poorly attached and they offered to fix it even after I had paid for it. Please AVOID at all costs! Purchased a vehicle recently and the next day the passenger side floor was soaked with rain water due to significant rust underneath the top of the windshield. I paid my own body shop $1k to fix the damage because their own "body" guy said it was a seal, which you could see it clearly wasn't.. Every real shop that saw it new immediately what the problem was and I'm absolutely positive the dealer just didn't want to spend the money and wouldn't have done the job correctly. Also.. The car was juddering upon braking during my test drive and they said they'd take care of it.. But instead of replacing the rotors, they took the cheap way out and did the pads but only 1 rotor.. so now, a little over a month later I'm paying another $1100 to get it all redone and fixed right because the juddering is worse than ever.. and dangerous. I urge you to do yourself a big favor and find another dealer with some integrity.. there are actually some who aren't deceitful and cheap.. and who care about their customers. read more

Part 2: I purchased a vehicle a month ago from this establishment! Recently a red light came on so I went to the dealership vendor of this specific vehicle. They told me that I had bigger problems than I anticipated! So I decided to call stop and drive told them what the dealerships said to me. So stop and drive asked me to drive the vehicle back to their establishment. When I get there they took the car for me right away brought it over to their mechanics fixed it within 30 minutes and sent me on my way and told me if I have any issues to bring it back. They also set up an appointment for me and the next 10 days just to see how the vehicle was doing. Looks like the red light turned out to be a little hic-up! Before the light the car was running fine. After they fixed it the cars still running just as great as it was the day I bought it! I was so impressed by their eagerness to help me resolve my issue as I do suggest always buying an extended warranty as I did with them and I am grateful that I did they really do genuinely great business with their customers and as I said the first time I will recommend anybody to this establishment they truly wouldn't sell you what they wouldn't drive themselves which means you're going to get quality service! I am very secure with my purchase and grateful to have found such an honest vendor! For this experience I'm going to give 10 Stars !!! read more

I purchased a car and specifically asked if it was inspected and if there were any issues, in which I was told it was inspected. less then 3 weeks later the transmission had issues along with other major sensor failures. They either knew about the issues and sold the car anyway or they did not even bother to inspect it before selling it. When I called to see what we could do to fix the issues all I got was that they would look at it if I bring it in ! It was not drivable and I would have to pay the cost to tow it there and then they would fix it for an additional cost. When I complained about this they "claim" they were being accommodating! We went to purchase a car from this dealership, for my teenager who needed a reliable and safe car, and made a deposit on the car we wanted to purchase. We told them that we wanted to make sure the safety check was completed, and we were told that anything associated with a safety issue would be repaired before picking up the car and making our total payment on the car. We were told they would repair the ball joints in back, and replace all rotors and brake pads since they weren't good. My daughter took the car on the highway and when she went to brake, the whole front end shook and it did brake but something was clearly wrong with the brakes. We brought it to our reliable mechanic for a full safety check and found out the rear rotors and brake pads were replaced but only the front brake pads were replaced and not the rotors. The front rotors were rotted and definitely needed replacement. I wanted my mechanic to do the replacement because we totally rely on him and he is honest and phenomenal. He suggested I go back to dealer and ask if they would give $200.00 towards the repair which would cost around $400.00 because he needed to replace the pads again with the new rotors for the warranty on the pads and rotors. I went back and asked if they would help and just give a credit for $200.00 since they didn't to the full brakes and rotors. He said " where's the car"and I told him it's at the shop, but I could drive it to him for a test drive since the auto shop is about five minutes away. He said no you have to leave the car for a whole day so we can drive it, and take it to get brakes if needed. He also stated if the rotors had 60% of rotors left they wouldn't get changed. I told him they were rotted. I definitely didn't trust who ever did the brakes in the first place so I wasn't going to leave it for a whole day. and have them drive it somewhere to get them checked again. He had the mechanics completed safety check documentation in front of him but didn't even want to give $200 or even $100 towards the repairs of a car they told us was repaired. As far as I'm concerned, the car was definitely not safe to drive, and shouldn't have left the lot after we paid a lot of money for a car thinking it would be in great condition. It may have been an as is sale, but we wouldn't have bought the car from this place knowing they didn't fully do the safety repairs as they told us they would do before purchasing the car. I don't feel they are honest and reliable at all. And I would never purchase a car from this dealership again. My daughter's safety is most important, and they knew it was being purchased for her. All brakes and rotors should have been replaced. read more

I called on Tuesday to inform them I was interested in one of their vehicles. I spoke to Cal and told him that I could come in on Saturday he asked me if I could come sooner, so I said I would come in on Wednesday between 4:30-4:45pm. I left work early, my husband left work early to drive from NY to go with me. We get there its freezing cold and the guy isnt there called 3 times no answer, finally the mechanic comes and says the owner will be back in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I call, the owner answers and says he's waiting for me. When we get to the door he opens it i tell him I'm here to test drive the car, he responds they sold it last night. It's still sitting on the lot, still on the website as of right now as available. Worse Customer Service ever! The only positive is that I went to Prime wheels across the street and did get to test drive the vehicle I'm interested in and inquired about a newer model that should be coming in soon.
