Okay so let me start off by saying if I could give this place a -10000 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! July 4th, my boyfriend and I went to purchase a 2007 Mazda Speed3 from this place. We played no games and paid straight cash for this car. Over 6 Grand. After we signed the paperwork we had to wait HOURS in the heat for them to register the car. After registering the car and leaving, 3 days later the check engine light came on. Threw two codes. For thermostats replacement and coolant temp sensor. Contacted them immediately and got nothing but rude responses from both Billy and Mark(the owner) Then later found out Billy is using marks license to sell and buy cars!!!! After having to replace these things at the actual Mazda dealership because you CANNOT trust them to fix your car when they say they will, more codes popped up. A misfire, EGR needed to be replace, and don't forget the grand finale the intake manifold. After bringing all these diagnostics papers for these codes to mark, to ask him what he was going to do about this because we are already over 1k in replacements in less than a WEEK.when I paid over 6k thinking I was getting a SAFE RELIABLE CAR. Tried to contact them but got nothing but the rude people answering the phone telling me to stop trying to call mark. I had no choice but to go in person. They came up with a "work order" for the car. And I had to get my car TOWED because it was not safe to drive. I told them not to drive it cause I did not want anything more To happen. Days went by and I heard nothing. I constantly tried to call and text on updates on the car and barley got response, therefore showed up a WEEK later in person to find out my car is NOT at East Windsor Auto to get fixed. I asked mark where was my car and said "he didn't know" with an attitude. Mark then said "I don't have time to fix that thing" I then called Billy and got no answer. Mark called him and of course he answered for his boss. At this point I WANTED MY CAR BACK AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME WHERE MY CAR WAS!!!!! after Billy Finally called me back he was persistent on not telling me where my car was getting fixed because come to find out it was at "his boys shop" getting fixed and he did not want me to be there physically to see what was wrong with my car. Then he accused my boyfriend of doing burnouts in the car and the tires were bald!! Which is ridiculous because after 3 days of driving the engine light was on and couldn't use it because ISSUE AFTER ISSUE CAME UP WITH THE CAR!! After finally getting and address to where to pick it up, it was an ocean state job lot in Bloomfield, not even a mechanic shop!! I specified that my car needed to be TOWED back HOME when picked up AND I did NOT give him premission to drive from EAST WINDSOR TO BLOOMFIELD BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE nor was I notified that my car was being moved and I did not give them consent!!! I told him from the beginning not to drive or run the car cause it was NOT safe to do so, which is why I got it towed there in the first place!! After him meeting up at ocean state job lot, we come to then find out why he had accused of beating on the car and doing burnouts. Billy drove the car there himself. come to find out my tires are now bald and they added 200 miles to my car. Mind you, we had NO idea where my car was for an entire week and still don't know to this day!!! Now here is the icing on the cake, there's a title issue because the mileage reported on the car is NOT the same that's on the car fax. So now I have to go to the DMV to get this fixed which is a month process and another fee I have to pay. I couldn't even get rid of it if I wanted to!!! Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Claim they will fix your car but have it sit somewhere you don't know and will use CHEAP SALVAGED PARTS FROM A JUNK YARD, to "fix your car". Please.. save yourself and do not go to east Windsor Auto. These people are unprofessional , rude, and do not know a single thing about the cars they get cause they all come from an Auction. read more

Stand Clear! Unethical, no conscious, took $2,500 cash for a 1999 Subaru Legacy (higher than Kelley Blue Book because "of all the work" he put into it. Pocketed the cash, eliminated himself as the salesperson to appear as though the car was purchased from the previous owner, because he was "reimbursing himself for repairs" ($2,500 for head gaskets??!!). Three months later engine blows and vehicle needs front wheel bearings. Says we ran it out of oil while we hold a Vavoline receipt in our hands for a recent oil change. Mark E. Byczko, East Windsor Auto, d/b/a "Cars for Less" states: "I don't have a crystal ball." When we respectfully request our money back, with a credit for the three month's use, or perhaps a trade-in car, Mark E. Byczko indicated he "never sold us the car; he just did the repairs!" Bought a car from them about 2yrs ago for 3k totally gipped me on it. Turns out it was a salvaged car and they never got the car inspected so i couldnt get a title The car was rebuilt half assed like the head gasket was cracked they just sealed it. Never fixed my muffler or exhaust leak only the AC. read more

Like others previously stated, do not buy a vehicle from them at any cost. In 2011 I purchased a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport from them. It was as is, guess I did not know as is meant no safety check or repairs to issues the untrained mechanic were able to spot. I was promised at least a half a tank of gas when I picked it up, it was on fumes and when I inquired I was informed there was a gas station next door to the lot I could fill up in. In short time I had to have the exhaust replaced, brakes replaced and the transmission rebuilt. From the get go it never ran right. I'll admit I never contacted them regarding any of the issues, but that's because I felt if they couldn't look over the car prior to selling it to me then they were not going to address my concerns after selling it to me. I filed a complaint with the DMV and took them to small claims court with no success because I did not provide them the ability to make things right. Why should I have given the chance to make things right that should have been addressed in the first place. Steer clear of them for the purchase of vehicles or even for repairs of vehicles you purchased elsewhere. They do not know what they are doing with cars. read more

OK let me tell you all about this place Russ is the seller and a very good one at that, But let me tell you a real story about this place, I just bought a 1999 Ford Explorer from them, Ok it had 154.00 miles on it, We my son inlaw and me the buyer looked it over We checked it underneath and the frame is stating to show signs of rust. We did notice that the upper and lower ball joints where very dry and that he would look at it and take care of it, But did not. Tires looked ok. But just noticed yesterday that they where dry rotted, You did have to look close but I noticed it when filling my tank, OK Payed 3 grand for it as is, When done say 35 hundred, The bumper was shot so he said can get you a new one for 150.00, I said ok, When it was time to pay it cost me $250.00, No charge to put on. Just replaced the rotten tires $400.00 and now found out the shocks are shot, Not sure how much this is going to cost me now, Mind you as of today the 6th I only owned the SUV for a week. The Hood Sruts where shot would not stay open so bought new ones that's $50.00 more dollars. Now he claims that they go over the vehicle to make sure it was safe, Well gee tires where not, Ball joints are not, Shocks are not, Plus the hood struts come on now. So all an all a rip off big time, I trusted this man up and down but guess what I was the sucker, So people don't buy anything from this guy at all. OHHH he did change the brakes. WOW and when I left with it to drive it home my son inlaw noticed that a brake light was out. Plus Battery was very weak and told him I would buy a new one from him Another $143.00. again a sucker I did take pictures of the tires and the underside, And went to DMV Dealers and complaints. And now called the better bussiness . Now they are going to do an investagation on them, I know I bought this SUV as is, But the promice to look it over was not what he said, So I'm looking to get my money back on the tires, Shocks, And need to find out how much the front end is going to cost me and go after them for that, Even when you buy as is it needs to be safe for the road. So I'm covered hopfully by this cause he did not do what he said he was going to do, Have this part he wrote in writting about the ball joints. So again I would never ever buy even a part from them, OH one more thing I asked him to change just the fuel filter, That was another $150.00 LOL part is 8.00 and my son inlaw put it on.
