Hello. read my story carefully. I bought a 2013 Silverado in this crap dealer. Charley did not allow me to test drive but, i assume because of the look of the truck it was in good condition. When i was signing all documents i notice one that says AS IS. When i ask charley he told me, don't worry i will give you 30 days warranty. ( HIS WORD) After i bought the truck the the glove compartment was not fix nor the wind shield. it had a small crack. One week after i bought the truck it started with white smoke. lots of white smoke. I brought it to theme and supposedly they fix it but, they did not. They sent me to kENT auto in Wilbraham which they could not come with the problem. On my way to work check engine light and lots of smoke. I tow it to a garage in which they told me, the engine of the truck is blown. This piece of garbage dealer did not wanted to fix it because of the conn law buy AS IS! If it was not because i bought a warranty for 3 years i would have end up with a $22,000 thousand loan and no truck. My warranty paid $6400 to fix and another $2000 out of my pockets a total of $8400. Don't be a fool this dealer is ripping people off and hiding under the conn law. I could not sue the dealer because those JERK THIEVES are cover as is law. Take my advice don't buy here, so you don't end up like me. epi from Wilbraham, ma

Buying a vehicle sight unseen, especially from halfway across the country, isn't something I ever thought I'd do. From the very beginning, Steve, Justin, and Tiffany made the entire process as comfortable and transparent as possible. I had already done extensive research on the EQS 580 and knew exactly what I was looking for, but I still wanted the peace of mind that the vehicle was everything it was represented to be. Without hesitation, they agreed to take the car to a nearby Mercedes-Benz dealership for a pre-purchase inspection, which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept me informed from the initial discussions all the way through coordinating transportation from Connecticut to Texas, and everything went exactly as planned. The transaction was straightforward, professional, and free of surprises. long-distance I chose not to purchase any extended warranties or additional packages since they didn't make much financial or logistical sense, living so far away, so I can't speak to that side of the ownership experience. What I can comment on is the buying process itself. The out-the-door price was exactly what we agreed upon from the start, with no last-minute changes or unexpected fees. As a buyer, I really appreciate that level of honesty and transparency. If I come across another vehicle that catches my eye, I wouldn't hesitate to work with North Bay Imports again. They made what could have been a stressful long-distance purchase feel surprisingly easy.

Warning: Loyal 6-Year Customer & Car Buyer Held Hostage Over Unauthorized Work…read more I have been a loyal customer of North Bay Imports for six years. I bought my car directly from them and have had every single service done at this shop since the day I purchased it. Since the old crew (Dallas and John) left, the honesty is gone. I just paid $1,600 and was treated with utter disrespect and predatory billing. The Breaking Point: The "Secret" Repairs: I brought my car in for a noise. I authorized a drive shaft repair and axle work (which Nicole, the advisor, initially tried to charge for until I reminded her they were under warranty from their own shop). Billing "Errors": My bill was initially $1,900. When I questioned it, I found Nicole had added a diagnostic fee. In six years of buying and servicing my car here, I have never been charged a diagnostic fee when getting the actual repair done. She only took it off the bill because I caught it and called her out. The Pickup Ambush: When I went to pick up my car today, Nicole suddenly claimed I needed an oil change and sway bar links--items she never mentioned in the two weeks they had my car. The Mileage Lie: I just had an oil change there on 1/29. I haven't even driven the miles for a new one. She tried to claim the previous staff recorded the miles wrong--a total lie to cover up a money grab. Illegal Detention: Because I declined the surprise work and the brakes, Nicole refused to give me my keys unless I signed a separate "danger waiver." She told me they had the right to keep my car even though I was paying in full for the repairs I authorized. This is a violation of CT law. Zero Accountability: I confronted Nicole in front of the female part-owner with my text records proving she never mentioned the extra work. Despite being a customer who bought the car there and only services it there, the owner was completely indifferent and stood by while her staff was untruthful. I was forced to sign their waiver under protest just to get my property back. It is heartbreaking to see a business I once trusted turn into a place that uses fear and illegal coercion to make a sale. Save yourself the stress--take your vehicle somewhere else.

Don't spend a week of playing ping pong with no answers, no follow up, or no desire for them to sell a car. If you have a good credit rating, they will NOT approve you. They are looking for low credit scores and people with credit issue to stick a 13-29% interest charge to on long term financing and additional fees. Too many good transparent dealerships around to get involved with this runaround. They couldn't even answer basic questions of what conveyance fees or a general breakdown of the cost of the car. Almost one week of stringing me along before I got a letter of denial. That's with a Fico 8 Model of 787. I have five days of transcript that are too long to put on here but trust me. So had to do that, and come to find out that while I was pumping the gas the gas was leaking and wetting the whole floor as I was pumping. I left the gas station and parked to see and saw a massive leak coming from the gas tank area underneath my car. I called and spoke with Dave he said to bring it in and they took care of that issue when I put them under pressure and demanded that they took care of it due to the fact that it was a safety hazard. So then he gave me a loaner blah blah blah. Fixed it the same day. I drove it off and then about a 2 weeks after buying the car cash, the unthinkable happens, driving from the beach the car in the middle of the road just shuts off and starts smoking up. Won't respond and it wasn't the battery AAA checked it and said it's engine issue, brought it to my local mechanic and was told that the dealer half assed a lot of the issues on the car. Said that they pretty much let a beginner take care of it. Which most of the mechanics there are not certified or have experience with fixing cars. So fixing that with my mechanic and NOW hopefully there won't be anymore issues. I won't buy again from this place, due to the fact that they don't care about their customers. They just care about the money and not the overall safety of their customers. Shitty place. Like I said, if I could give them no stars I would.
