My younger sister and I were so excited about it we didn't give it a second thought and brought it right up to the counter. The woman at the counter gave us the points and said she'd text her manager about the note inside. We played for another 30 minutes or so and went back to the counter. She told us our point total and I asked if her manager had texted her back. She said they did, then "ha ha very funny" which caught me off guard. I realize now that it was a prank by whoever had the chest before, but I responded apologetically even though the attitude confused me. She told us something along the lines of "yeah well it's not real" like we were annoying her. She walked away while we were trying to just move on and choose our prizes. Another woman came to help us. The entire interaction left me feeling humiliated and incredibly insulted. I asked a question. I didn't deserve that. Disgusting experience.

Likely with the students in the area back in school, it helped as we went on a weekday while vacationing here & we were able to go on every ride in 5-10 minutes each and rode each coaster 2-3 times (no fast pass). My son wants to visit every amusement park & this one was a top choice. Our favorite was iron gwazi. I found discount tickets on Groupon $55 & even when the park has deals, Groupon is better as they don't attach all the extra fees. We got the all day meal deal $40 with Groupon deal, but we shared one & went back every 90 minutes which worked well as we didn't want to each eat too much and get sick. We had one difficult experience with the ride rental lockers & I'll never forget how helpful the staff were with us - truly remarkable. I also appreciate that their ride photos are only $5 for digital & $7 for print - they are sometimes 5x that costs at other parks. The only negative I have to say is closing at 6pm on an August weekday seems way too early, i understand a lot of employees are students but at least 8pm? I can't complain too much though as we had plenty of time due to how fairly empty it was.

This jump place isn't as professionally sound as near by businesses or their genre of business type. They posted a Groupon for purchase by the public and reads walk-in's are welcome. We walked in same day as Groupon purchase and had to wait in line for a bit. There was only two people working and they were both busy attending to a summer camp that came in. When it was finally our turn to use our Groupon to start our kids jump time we were told we can't use our Groupon unless we purchase additional items such as socks for each child. THE ENTIRE SUMMER CAMP DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS. The children from the camp wore their socks they arrived in. They refused our Groupon purchase without the additional purchase of socks and we were told to take it up with Groupon for a refund. I asked that the owner make a courtesy to allow our children to jump since the other children from the summer camp did not have to make an additional purchase of socks. There was no mention of this on their Groupon at purchase and there were no professional signage with this rule or extra charge. Here is a lesson in business for the owners of "The Airosphere" on Ware Rd; There is a trampoline park located right behind your business. They have a trade in sock policy that's clearly posted in their store and on-line. WE GOT OUR GROUPON CREDIT BACK AND WILL NOT RETURN TO AIROSPHERE. After obtaining our refund in Groupon we drove to the trampoline park right behind your business and paid as a walk in AND THEY EXCHANGED OUR CHILDS SOCKS FOR FREE!!!

We paid $15 per large pizza and I would've been okay with them heating up Digiornos because what we got was not worth it. Recent visit: My son is only 15 months old so we opted for the Toddler Zone but figured he might want a bigger space to run so we decided to do the big zone and he was charged as a full adult. Most kids until 2 are free or discounted but not at this place. For 2 "adults" for an hour, we paid almost $50! I can't recommend this place and I don't plan on coming back. It's sad.

We got to the aquarium around 10:30am today and let me tell you, the instant we arrived we were told there was a teaching about sharks going on. On the way to the teaching, there was a friendly lil guy we passed on the way. He was so stinkin cute. The older gentleman says he roams the entire place when he's hungry and looking for food lol. The shark teaching was so good. Lots of great information as well as the diver inside the aquarium. It was so fun to see her feed the fishes and shark while we were getting the information. The next teaching we went to was the baby alligators. It was so cute, but they were pretty feisty. Lol. The next teaching was the best one I've personally ever had experienced. They did the teaching about their two big gators - Indiana jones & Donkey. Now, I've been to many aquariums from Hawaii all the way to Canada. This aquarium was only one I've ever been to where to gators look alive, happy and well cared for. You can tell that these guys really do love their job and the animals they have. The teaching was amazing and such a great experience. We also got to feed stingrays, baby sharks, baby gators and much more! The petting zoo was so cute as well. All in all - I can't recommend this place enough. If you're wanting to go somewhere where you get what you pay for - this is the place to do it. I've paid much more for animals that just look like they'd much rather not be there. 10/10, you guys at Tarpon Springs Aquarium are doing great! We left at 2:30 by the way. The lazy river does cost extra but it's worth it, I'd love to return because unfortunately due to inclement weather the water attractions were shut down.

After the show, I explored the rest of the park. It isn't that large but was a nice area and worth the $13 to get in. They have an area for swimming in part of the springs. I didn't bring my swimsuit but there were many people swimming and having a good time. There are some water slides too. They have a great gift shop. Loved having the opportunity to visit and see an iconic spot for mermaid lovers!
