There were registers in the middle of the store, but everyone was lined up at the pharmacy so maybe I happened to come in during a lunch break? Parking was okay but hard to see the lines, so people were just kind of wherever. Masks are required in the age of Covid.

With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup.
