The courteous gentleman on the phone made sure that the medication was dropped off at my door the same day! I'm a long time Babylon resident and used this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. In fact, just like this time, they always go above and beyond what would be considered good service. I didn't think anything of it until I took them and got sick. It was definitely the filler. Also certain companies that make the generics are allowed to vary the main ingredient up to 20%. (That's why they switched..The new generics are cheaper) When I found all of this out, I didn't go into a whole thing with the pharmacy but I did ask if they could keep the regular ones on hand since I've been filling my meds with them for years. He said no. A firm no. So I went to Diamond Drugs and explained my situation and sure enough, they went out of their way to help me....and help me they did! I'm so happy with them. They special ordered 2 of my meds. ;)

I found this hidden gem in Old Bethpage right next to Dunkin' Donuts. I deal directly with the owner and if he is not there the employees are so helpful and accommodating- love them! I have 3 kids and sometimes they pop outside to hand it off to me so I don't have to get out of the car or hook it up with a lollipop. There is something to be said about an independently owned business vs. a corporate business; you definitely lose focus on the customer. So glad we found this place, recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new pharmacy!
