There are no exceptions to this rule. Signing up is also dicey; you have to keep going to their website until there's an opening for orientation, which is rare. I sincerely wish someone would infiltrate this elite organization and destroy it from the inside. Kind of like the Night Manager, but in food-coop form. They'd be running so fast their Birkenstocks would fall off.
