All of my experience, of dropping off orders have been very pleasant. The tenants are nice and friendly, the staff is nice and friendly. At night there's a big gathering outside of some tenants who sit outside. I don't know if that's a good sign or a bad sign, but I do know it seems like there's a sense of community here. From hearsay of my customers: "it's cheaper than an apartment". From another: "the floorplan is similar to an apartment it's just missing a full kitchen". Another: "I can't afford a traditional apartment, but this meets my needs", "I love it here"! I'd watch out for driving out of the parking lot, there aren't any stop or yield signs around. A few minutes ago, someone almost hit me head on. I guess they've never taken a driving class a day in their life. "Yield unto incoming traffic", that's on the driving and written test; cuckoo. My favorite aspect of this building is that it's lit up. Most times I avoid orders at night, considering it's as dark as the hadal zone. I literally have to strain my eyes to see what building number it is. You don't have to worry about that here. Although the numbers tags could be better read for darker color than white. I squinted. Though, the bright lights still helps! Yes, there are a mixed bag of reviews on Google. But you'd have to factor in the year it was written, if the person who wrote it is reputable (less than 5 reviews isn't reputable, most are given freebie or paid to write a 5 star), and some people who write them are saying bad things on the count of they had a bad experience. Not all experiences are bad for the decent living quarters you'll find here. From the sounds of it, Siegel Houston is in good hands with a great General Manager named Stephanie. I'm sure she is working meticulously to ensure everyone's needs are met. An interesting juxtaposition exists that all three of my customers presented shrewdness, a sense of belonging, and overall good viewpoint for Siegel Suites. The beat of the drum, is that it's close to Houston, Pearland, and Webster. Near most major restaurants and stores. Perfect location.

I will say you have to request to be put on the exterminator list, which they don't tell you up front. Plus I'm sure with the way some of the residents avoid talking to the office due to possible unpaid rent, they're prob not gonna complain if they have roaches. So all they being said, the staff is nice, and the residents all keep to themselves and are quiet so for the price, could be worth it if you are ready to deal with the roaches.

He only cares about his reputation and how his park looks, he does not like kids and sent out messages to the people staying here recommending them to call Child Protective services if they see any kids playing outside. Bathrooms were frequently dirty, especially on Saturday and Sunday. I am never staying here again. I stayed with my wife and four children. This park is NOT family friendly. We would get mass text messages detailing various different authorities to call to complain about things as simple as children playing outside. The policing by the manager and Clear Lake Shores/Kemah was very excessive. Police would stop at people's homes at midnight to ask for directions to calls where guests should not be bothered by police absent involvement in the call. I saw this happen multiple times. A friend of mine who used to stay out in the park alleged she was assaulted and reported it and retaliation/harassment twice. The manager did not want to assist her by making the man leave or provide video evidence to have the man prosecuted for making it appear he was going to ram her ebike coming up the driveway. There is a convicted sex offender in the park. There were recently criminals staying in the cabins on and off as they do not do background checks. I do not reside in the park anymore. Lee is only concerned about maintaining a resort-style image and his own reputation and ignored significant guest safety concerns, allowing people to be touched against their will and harassed with slurs and name calling. Someone should not be called a B or F by another guest and then that harassment is ignored by management. Management should be addressing those situations. They need to address the steel rebar and unsafe wood hand railing on the docks before some gets seriously injured by the metal rods sticking out of the shore line. A child is going to fall off that pier and there will be a lawsuit to follow if that happens. One guests was even firing a projectile weapon out of his cabin door. The person later disappeared. I observed it when I was taking trash out. The park is not lgbtq friendly. If you take concerns about someone calling you by homophobic slurs to the park manager, the park manager will not get involved or assist you in preventing further anti-gay or lesbian insults being spoken against you by other ill spirited guests. I saw this happen to someone. It was mostly Republicans and rich people passing through. Edit: after I left the manager asked another guest that is staying there where I live. Opened in February 2026, this hotel is FRESH, clean and comfortable. We were wow'd by the lobby upon check-in. Beautiful! So much seating to lounge around in. We got a king suite and I was pleasantly surprised we had a full kitchen!! (My husband booked this for us so I was unaware ahead of time.) The suite has a living area with pull out sofa, comfy king-sized bed, and nice bathroom. The outdoor pool was refreshing and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Note: there IS a restroom by the pool. I didn't even know this until I saw a worker cleaning it. There isn't any signage signifying it's a restroom and I literally thought it was the pool pump/mechanical room. Outside there is also tons of tables and chairs for dining as well as a fire pit! The fitness room is spacious and included 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and some dumbbells and 2 benches. I always love a FREE breakfast. I eat keto so options are limited but I was able to have some hard boiled eggs. There was scrambled eggs and sausage too but I didn't want them. In addition, other options were bagels, breads, muffins, cereal, make your own waffles, oatmeal with toppings, yogurt and various juices. The coffee bar was nice and even included sugary flavored syrups and cold brew coffee. As for staff, EVERYONE is super super friendly and helpful! Oh my gosh! Even my children commented on how wonderful the employees were! Nonetheless, this is my NEW FAVORITE hotel and I can't wait to stay here again!!!!
