It's been a few years since I've left a Yelp review, but felt it was time to get THIS review in. Tonight we ordered through door dash delivery. We just recently moved to this area from NRH and have ordered from that location (26 & Emerald Way) dozens of times with awesome results: dine-in, to-go & delivery! The food is always spot-on...however, in-house wait times could be shortened from it's 20-30 min wait times. Sorry, this review is not about the N. Richland Hills locale & I digress. Back to it... Gyro salad, side hummus & pita and baklava was ordered/delivered from this N. Beach location. It was delicious and all was good until my g/f found a hair two bites into the salad. I originally dismissed it as my hair, until half way through I drove my fork into a piece of meat in the salad, pulled it up, and lo & behold...another strand of hair was pulled up with slivers of lettuce dangling from the end! Dinner was cut short & I gagged a little. Now, I did mention that we just recently moved to the area...so I've never been in-house at this location, but do you guys wear any hair protection from entering the food you prepare? I was mortified! I will give you guys other chances but if this experience repeats itself, believe me, the next review will most likely not be as forgiving. Happy Holidays... Found another gyro place close to home! I like how they are quick and the portions are quite large. The gyro was lacking a little flavor but pretty good. The chicken was pretty good too. I also like how they included all the sides-Served with rice, tabouleh salad, hummus, pita bread and tzatziki sauce. The babaganoush was tasty. Wish I had more pita bread though. Huge portions on the gyro platter! Believe it or not you have to try their French fries. They have the best! I like to pick up a burger somewhere else and go there for the fries! The Greek salad is yummy,perfect amount of feta love the yellow rice and pita bread that comes with it. The meat is really good not dried out and very fresh. read more

I was on this side of town for an appointment and I always check Yelp during meal hours for local spots! A practice that's helped me find little gems like Stop-N-Go Gyros! Nice to find out that these guys are a 2nd location for the South Arlington Stop-N-Go too, which is another excellent eatery. My fave is the beef shawarma but also can't go wrong with chicken, or anything on the menu to be honest! I ordered baba ghanouj and dolma as well, all packaged securely to-go. I've gotten orders to go here a couple of times. Rice is really flavorful and so were the toppings that came with the chicken shawarma plate. The flavors were great, chicken was really dry. The ladies inside were sweet and helpful. I didn't realize it was setup like a subway where you get to choose all your toppings for your gyro or salad, etc. Pretty cool. Fries are good... can't go wrong with crinkle cut! Oh and the pita wasn't bad either for an in-and-out place. read more

This review based on my half of dozen visits to this location. The staff at this place have the worst attitude. Very dry customer service and unwelcoming. They need to be trained by the folks on Rufe Snow. Their service MUCH better. (This is mainly for the older couples who are there most of the day time) the younger workers have (slightly) better attitude. Used to visit this location often, but stopped due to overpriced & lack of ingredients & meat portions displayed on menu boards. The worst part is that most employees seem unfriendly and don't know the complete ingredients of order. I had to mention a few times that you forgot this/that & still get a nasty attitude. I quite like the gyros here. I especially loved the texture of the pita bread (I had the gyro sandwich). It's crispy and crunchy in a good way. Two things that I feel could be improved: 1. The fries have a lot to be desired. They're not horrible or anything, it's just that I feel it could be improved by making it a bit crisper and adding a little more seasoning. 2. More drinks other than soda would be nice. I dislike soda so there weren't a lot of choices for me to pick. Still, I enjoyed the meal from here so those are the only two complaints I have. read more

Great Gyros! All the veg is super fresh and the gyro meat is amazing! Very high quality ingredients. Sauces are great as well. Very clean and sanitary inside too. Today ordered the gyro fires and was not disappointed. Delicious fries covered in garlic sauce, gyro meat, feta, and tzatziki. Took of the feta though. I ordered the beef shawarma but did not care for it very much. The beef was kinda tough. But everything besides the beef is really fresh and tasty. Not nearly as good as the gyro by any means. Just a personal preference though. Plus they have a great chili sauce if you like your food a little spicy as I do! read more

Came here for lunch on a work day with fiancee. He had been here before and recommended it as something a bit more healthier (in that new years diet what not). I had the Gyro salad which was great and plentiful. Possibly could have had more meat for some other people, but good enough for me. I had to take it home as I could not finish all of it. Space is limited for eating in and there are only 2 or so workers present, but they were nice enough (don't expect too much small talk or conversation which I was fine with) and generally orders did not take long. This photos looked so promising. We had two steak shawarma plates, a gyro, a chicken salad, and hummus. If you're used to gyros, you know what they're supposed to taste like, these were lacking all flavor, and the tzatziki sauce was probably the worst I've ever had... The hummus had absolutely no flavor. The rice in the Shawarma plates was probably the most flavorful thing in the whole dish, and the steak was flavorless. I ordered through ubereats tonite. And I asked for fries well done and they were barely cooked. I also asked for 2 extra diet cokes and didnt receive them. This place is really inconsistent. Sometimes it's perfect and other times I have this mistake. How hard is it to have the fries well done. I am disabled so I can't get out. This is why I order through food delivery service.
