    Chicken swarwama, hummus, and gyro

Quick service, food was great and portions were huge! Make sure to try this place out

This place opened only about a week ago so they deserve some grace while they shake out the bugs. Food was very good! I had a gyro which was probably the largest I've ever been served, much bigger than other offerings in this area and otherwise it competes strongly. I also ordered sides of hummus and falafel which were both excellent and well priced. I was delighted to see they sell shwarma wraps but mine with chicken was a little on the dry side. Glad I asked for an extra side of their garlic sauce. However, that lacked a lot of its signature punch, which tells me it may be a few days old. Perfectly safe but the garlic flavor of that stuff mellows rapidly. The ambience is yet quite steril but the service was exceptional! I'm confident this place will become part of my weekly rotation.

Delish!!! Everything is so fresh and nothing tastes store bought. The pita bread and hummus were like none other I've tasted in DFW (I've tried a few!) The service is top tier, the restaurant is very clean, and prices were great for the quality of food.

I saw this spot open a few weeks ago and decided to try it today Went with the straight up gyro with 2 additional sides of hummus and babaganoush (?) Sandwich was STUFFED and definitely a two hander. Even then meat was falling out everywhere. Surroundings left much to be desired...but the food was spot on and servings were HUGE! I was not disappointed with this place

Amazing! The gyro is the best. It's juicy the Tzatziki sauce is amazing. The two gentlemen that are there were very friendly and helpful. Then even gave me some baklava which was delicious. Great price abs great food.

Really amazing beef gyro with fresh hot pita bread, a cucumber dill sauce I enjoyed, and onion and tomato. Fries were piping fresh, helpful and welcoming staff. We also had a chicken gyro which my partner loved. Dessert is a coconut lightly sweet pistachio honey treat - fantastic. 10/10 for this place!

After my first visit, I completely understand why. When I walked in, I was immediately welcomed and kindly guided through parts of the menu I wasn't familiar with. Mediterranean food usually isn't my go-to, so I appreciated how patient and helpful they were without making me feel out of place. I ordered the beef shawarma plate with tzatziki and hot sauce on the side, then sat at the barstools near the food prep area while I waited. Watching the owner prepare the food was honestly part of the experience. At one point, he came over and insisted I try their tea. I initially declined, but he smiled and said he'd only pour me half a cup. That small act of kindness and hospitality genuinely sold me on this place. The restaurant was clean, quiet, welcoming, and smelled incredible. And yes, absolutely try the tea. It was a custom Earl Grey blend made specifically for them, and it was fantastic. When I got home, I was surprised by how generous the portions were for the price. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully balanced. The spices were used perfectly, the produce tasted fresh, and the food even held its temperature well by the time I got home. I've only been here once so far, but I already plan on becoming a regular, probably at least once a week. Y'all are doing an amazing job, and I'm really glad I found this place.

This place does Turkish food justice and has so much cultural charm with the decor and warm, cozy atmosphere. We started off with the complimentary bread, which was fresh and warm. I do wish that it came with an oil dip, but it was nice to have with my meal. For my entree, I ordered the lamb gyro and absolutely loved it. I sometimes find an issue that dishes at Turkish/Middle Eastern restaurants can be salty, but it wasn't here! The salad it came with did have a bit too much pepper for my liking, but the tomatoes were incredibly juicy. Overall, the meal was delicious and light. The staff was kind and attentive, but we were also the only customers there on a late Tuesday afternoon. There's a dedicated parking lot for Flying Carpet, which is a huge plus especially for it being on Magnolia avenue. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back!
