The owners are really good people and are so interesting. I love them so much!!!! They do a lot of good for Veterans and in the Phx community in general. Very charitable folks and they even have a local Podcast. The owners even pay for a lot of things out of their pocket to help the less fortunate like sponsoring huge BBQS on Veteran's Day and Fourth of July. They do a lot that most people might or probably do not know about so I will toot their horn, so to speak. As far as the shop goes, it has a large stash of military themed items. Check them out for your specialized needs in that area. Buy local and help these do gooders out, not online if you can help it.

Everything was ready the next evening. We ended up picking up a few useful items when picking up the sewing order. Customer service was mostly positive. Three of the four people who have helped me here have been really kind and helpful. One even calling me to confirm placement of a patch. The fourth was fine. He got the job done. Store is a mix of new and used items. More than uniforms/clothing and shoes. Stock includes pins, MREs, backpacks, holsters, flags, children's items, etc... There are even some items from international militaries. Those were particularly interesting to see. One of my kids got a kick out of seeing two vintage military jeeps parked inside the store.

I just recently received news that my order would be available for pick up on 1/16/25. This has almost been two months! I did receive feedback after I expressed that I would not be paying for this order due to the time involved. I am including their response. After reviewing their email there is no actual customer service, meaning no "How can we make this better, we can give a discount for the time it took" etc. Just sorry it took so long. I will never refer this company out again. Here is their response: I apologize that you have issues with our turnaround time. I do want to note that it was Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Production warehouses, our screening team, and our store are all closed for various days through out those weeks due to the stated holidays, which in turn delays the turn around time. It was not relayed to me that these were Christmas gifts. If that had been made known to me, I would have done my best to accommodate your request. Our standard turnaround time for ALL screened products is about 6 weeks. This is for all of our departments that place orders with us through out the year. We're sorry to hear that you found a new vendor, but we understand that we cannot meet the demands you are looking for. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I have attached your invoice for your review.
