My issue is the rat droppings and the DEAD. RAT. I found inside my storage unit. I was so disgusted, I didn't even bothering cleaning it out. Thankfully the property manager gave me gloves and a face mask so I had protection, but it's still so disgusting and so incredibly unsafe. There are so many diseases and infections you can catch from rodent droppings and a freaking rodent carcass. And I'm still being charged $80 after I moved out on top of it! I will never rent here again and I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Now today I cant today because of some kid is lazy .. he says we dont take cash 10min before closing .. but youll help the other chick get a storage unit. Seems like that would take a lot longer then just opening up the till and taking my money . Just saying . So I leave with out complaing . I figured ll go through some shit in my unit so driving out there wasnt a lost cause . Thats when I discovered they locked me out of my unit .. my contract says till the 10th before they lock you out.. today is the 8th . Keep in my mind i pay my storage fee over everymonth by $70 or $100. Just incase something like this happens . In the 15 plus years ive been there ive been a good customer . Im always on time but the one time and that was 10years ago .. ive never complained about anything even after my unit was broke in to 3 years ago and my door still isn't fixed properly. They assured me they would have one ready. When I didn't arrive at exactly the scheduled time, I received a phone call from U-Haul asking when I would be there (if i had truly forgotten, this would have been a lifesaver). Upon arrival, the Express Storage Staff was helpful and friendly. They had the trailer ready to go and made the process of checking in simple and easy. When I pulled in to return the trailer, they ran out to assist me putting the trailer back and got me out of there quickly. I asked the antendant to prorate me for the day and get me a new unit on Monday. Had to come in 3 times today Monday (they were not here at open or at 11:20pm). Was told my unit was now upstairs in another building. I paid extra for ground floor easy access. I asked for my money to be refunded. I was told they "couldn't do that" and someone else they could not get me in contact with would do that. I had already been told 3 times things that were supposed to happen that did not. I wanted to speak with someone who would get my refund reprocessed and they called the police on me. Police came and told them to get someone to get a hold of me. Been waiting an hour and still no contact. Beware this place has management and computer issues
