They were unavailable from Saturday at 11am when we called until 12:30 Monday afternoon, when they would "meet with us" to change out the weather stripping. With more rain on the way we advised that it was more emergent. Staff did not care, did not follow up, or reach out regarding the issue. We moved to a new unit Sunday and notified them via email to cancel.l, along with the issues we faced with said units again. We were met with "please come back and do business with us in the future!" No accountability, they do not offer insurance and they do not care for their customers. STAY AWAY from this terrible business.

They are also still growing, so although you may have a vehicle parked in one place, they will call you and tell you that you now need to move to a new location because they want to improve the last place you parked.
